Lettuce and wrap were fresh as was the chicken. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any of the toppings in the pita. Counted four croutons, and possibly three prices of bacon and maybe three pieces of onion. Chicken wasn’t cut up into small pieces so biting into big chunks of chicken. Very little sauce was put on the pita. Pathetic for the price I paid for three pitas….all chicken Caesar with two additional toppings each. Can’t substitute or add extra or even more of one topping to be able to taste it. Won’t be back as this wasn’t the first time and thought we would give them another chance. Will take my business elsewhere. Pathetic!!

I've never gone out of my way to write a review, but I felt pretty compelled after my experience here. The toppings had a couple fruit flies in the green peppers and corn.
I asked if there were any fresh vegetables, and the employee replied that these were fresh. I was apprehensive at the least, and I regret not asking for a refund at this point.
I got the greek platter and the rice did not taste fresh at all, and I wouldn't have been comfortable serving it as someone who has worked in the industry.
This was my first and last time going to Pita Factory, and would strongly recommend against it.

The staff at the store always deliver top-notch customer service. Super fresh vegetables and the meat is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

I always have a good experience at Pita Factory on Hespeler Road, Cambridge. I recommend the chicken cesar pita w chic peas and hot sauce!

Very rude servers and false advertising.
The daily special pita shows on the ad that it comes with a drink, but after receiving the payment the cashier informed that he is going to charge separately for the drink.

The Pita I just got was friggin huge. don't expect a elephant sized pita every time i go, but the pita is legit one of the best I've ever had in my life. The chicken is fresh, the veggies are all clearly fresh, and the selection is great.
On top of this, the onion rings are the best in Cambridge. love this spot.

Love their pitas, especially the chicken, i like to change up the sauces, makes it very different yet the same healthy pita
