Review Wingsup! - Cambridge

Have been a customer of the Cambridge location for over 10 years. The quality, etc has been mostly great however lately there are big quality issues with our orders. First time mild and honey garlic chicken bites were dry, the chicken was dried out as if they were double fried leftovers to top it they hardly had any sauce on either one. I complained and got a 1/4-1/3 value as compensation when ordered and asked for the chicken not to be dried out and with lots of sauce, it all worked out. It all tasted great and the quality was what we got used to or slightly better. Few weeks later, today placed the same order with the same specific instructions, however it did not work out. Despite specific instructions for not to dry out the chicken and lots of sauce, Wings-up failed both with the dry chicken and skimping on the sauces. Both the mild and honey garlic chicken were dry (double fried leftover or way over cooked ) with 50% less sauce than usual. Not great when eating dry chicken from a place that’s speciality is chicken @ $50.00. I called Wings-up Cambridge and was told there was no supervisor or manager available, they tried not sure what happened. No compensation offered not very apologetic either. Not sure, if I will keep giving chances with these quality issues. Normally we have lots of sauce left in the box however you can see they are almost left dry after taking out the chicken.

This is what $45 gets you!? What a joke. I ordered here before and it was okay but now it's become just pathetic. I paid extra to have the wings "extra sloppy" no sauce as you can see. You know what else was missing the carrots and the cereal and both dips. Order from anywhere but here. The wings are a joke. I ordered 1.5 pounds in each it's the exact same size as the 1 pound each. Ripoff wings is what it should be called. And I gave a nice tip too. Never again. O ly tip for good service it's not a requirement.

This place is right next to gas station near the round about on franklin blvd. Few car parking and its a hit an miss kind of place facing east. I ordered honey garlic wings which comes with potatoe wedges+celery sticks+carrots+ranch small box costed 16$. I have no complaints for food and service but quantity is very less. I would rather go to dominos or any other competitor.

I have ordered from here multiple times and I love the food, it is always fresh and cooked perfectly in my opinion, The portion sizes are just right, I can almost never finish the entire thing! the poutine here might be a little overpriced but is definitely worth it! and the best sauces are honey garlic, dry west coast or lemon pepper.

If you order anytime after 5pm just expect to wait 2-3 hours for your wings. Not sure if it's poor management, under staffed or they just don't care. It seems to be a common problem with this location if you read the reviews. Order for pickup so they can't avoid you when you try calling them. Wings are good though but worth the trouble.

Avoid this location! Ordered food for PICKUP for 5:00pm; ended up waiting in-store for 50+ minutes to get our food. The front desk was left unattended with no employee to organize the 15+ customers waiting 45+ minutes for their wings (the employees were completely avoiding the customers...). I ended up having to get the attention of someone in the kitchen, who then STARTED our order after we had asked (at around 5:30). The place was packed with customers who had been waiting 30+ minutes past their pickup time. No discount, no apology for time wasted. These people need training. 0/10 service, 0/10 management, 7/10 wings. If you insist on ordering from here, order HOURS earlier than you intend to eat.

Wings Up! More like Wings Down. Ordered 1.5 pounds of Wings with a regular wedges. Order was fairly quick (15 minutes). No line ups. Also, thr restaurant inside looked clean enough and they had ample hand sanitizer. The wedges were good, but you did not get very many. There were 13 Wings together. They were tiny. There is no way that these Wings came even close to that amount. Without tip, the Wings and wedges were $31. The Wings were also very dry and lacked seasoning (salt and pepper). I would not waste your time and money. There are way better places (the Shell gas station around the corner to name one) that has a better value for Wings. I will not be returning, unless I win the lottery and want to waste my money.

The food is the worst I have had in years. Very small wings with no meat on them, with 2 times more sause then needed. Warm cesar salad with way too much dressing on it. The cost was outrageous! Threw the items out!
