Today on July 3 at 1:00PM, I got a best service I have ever had from Baskin Robbins. I ordered two sundaes and they were very very delicious. The employee who made my sundae was very supportive and very polite. I wish to have such service each and every time when I visit here.

They were "all out" of many flavors that my kids wanted (even though they had them underneath the empty buckets but didn't want to open them). As a result of them being out of every flavor my kids wanted, they felt rushed to choose. So much for a celebratory ice cream stop.

I have bought 2 MD Fresh PK and girl behind the counter, not filled my fresh pack enough by pushing and it was little empty from top and she was telling me it’s 23 oz as company size. I have verified on company website and it’s clearly mentioned that 950 ml pr more because pre pack comes with 950ml.

Absolutely terrible, ordered a banana royale and I’m pretty sure there’s more ice cream in my kids desert than mine. 8$ for that? With a tiny drop of whipped cream? Pure garbage

It’s a shout out for one of the most genuine and generous associate I’ve ever seen in my life. I called her at 8:59 for an icecream and opend the door after closing the store !! She saved my day, she’s gonna go places and we need more people like her in society !

Pitiful customer service, said they were out of many flavours even though we were watching them stock other ones, pretty much rushed us out so they could close early.
