Review Boston Pizza - Cambridge

We had an amazing time here! They were able to accommodate my entire family of 14 very nicely. We not only ordered main meals but appetizers, and desserts and they were extremely organized on all the orders and cleaned up after we finished certain dishes. It was really amazing service and we will definitely be coming back!

I'm giving 2 ⭐s because of the waitress otherwise they would have got only one. I ordered a New York steak 🥩 and supposedly it's marinated for 28 days🤥, this was the worst steak I EVER had anywhere it was never marinated at all they basically dumped spices on top and grilled. The mashed potatoes tested like it was cooked in engine oil bad really bad test into it didn't even touch it, the gravy looked like jelly their vegetables tested like it was stored for a week sour and bad the waitress did not charge me for the steak however if you go to Boston Pizza Maybe stick to the pizza and maybe they should remove the New York steak out of their menu really bad experience, I wanted to end this review on a good note 📝, We were greeted by the waitress Wendy she made sure my Caesar salad & garlic bread with cheese was awesome.🧀🥖🍞. The good: their Spicy Perogy Pizza was delicious as always, and that's the only reason they got 3 stars. Also, our "to go" order was ready on time which was good service. The bad: they did not add extra sour cream as per our order. However, the worst part was the wings. They weren't good at all - they were dry and overdone. Would not recommend their wings at all.

Its nice to see there's still hope for Boston Pizza! After going to the bingmans location, this was such a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and good service. Just really cold inside! The napkins were blowing around our table! The food wasn't bad either! Just looked a bit sad. Overall, very good for Boston Pizza!

Nice staff! I'm voting based on foods we ordered. Onion rings: great and large portion compared to other restaurants. Calamari: great and large portion compared to other restaurants. Mediterranean pizza medium size: Not so good. Enough for 1 person. Pasta: enough for 1 person. Not so good. The pasta were sticked to each other. The sauce was good.

Great service and great food as always , love this place ! My only complaint , the gluten free brownie was sad and depressing. It was a small 3'' x 1.5'' brownie on a large, bare plate. You pay extra for it but don't get ice cream or chocolate sauce on it . The brownie itself was not great , it tasted like eating cocoa powder. I love you Boston pizza, your food is so good and never makes me sick . I am hopeful that you will improve on your gf dessert in the future 😉

Worst Tacos i ever saw as not match with their Menu... as per menu there should be onions amd cilantro and jalapenos..... Burned cactus cut fries they served. Do not come this place

This location has seriously gone down hill. I used to love it here and took the family fairly often. Unfortunately the menu has shrunk and the food is largely unappetizing. (Meat is as tough as shoe leather, and the salad served at room temperature rather than cold). Sadly, I will not be in a rush to return.
