Review Zoup! - Cambridge

Steph Hermer
It may be a little pricey, but it's well worth it. The soups are all amazing and you definitely get a portion worth your money. They have a vast variety of soups as well as sandwiches, snacks, "artisan" drinks that are very good, and bowls (such as sweet Thai chicken) that I have never tried and don't know too much about. The staff is very friendly and happy to inform on the soups, as well as offering samples - which recently started back up as of April 25th.

First time customer - I was greeted with friendly staff and smiles. Love that you can sample the soups. Everything was so delicious. Great choices no matter the dietary restrictions. I can't wait to go again.

Never have I run so fast to write a review in my life! I just ordered off of Uber Eats and am always weary of salad/soup places, because they are typically not that good - but Zoup! Was AMAZING as surpassed all expectations. FINALLY a healthy alternative place to order online that is actually tasty, great portions and fresh! Beyond impressed and will 100% be ordering again from this place. Also for anyone reading, I tried their sandwich, soup AND salad - and all were amazing portions, flavour and VERY fresh and tasty.

Ordered delivery from Zoup one night when we were too busy to make dinner and I forgot to meal prep. Was surprised at how delicious the meal was even after delivery. We ordered two of the build your own bowls; one with broth, one without. Both were equally delicious. The roasted chickpeas were still crunchy when we received the food, which was a nice surprise considering most times you get delivery the food is soggy. The tortilla chips on top did get soggy, but we knew that would happen. The chicken was nice white meat and not at all chewy/fatty. We've found that some of the other burrito-bowl-type places in town have gone down hill, especially with the quality of ingredients, however Zoup is definitely not one of them. We will order again!

Yum! Yum! Delicious soups. Good deals too. Very nice spot to eat in as well.

The avocado toast entree was really gross. Unfortunately the greens were old and soggy, in a really bad way. I contacted the manager and she wasn’t able to fix the problem or reimburse. Bad customer service and food quality.

WARNING: overpriced. Came in to try it out and ordered Chicken Veggie Chop Chop soup which was mainly broth with a few floating pieces of wilted veggies. And it was between $7-8 for the small cup. Eating it I felt so ripped off, and violated. Absolutely unacceptable price for subpar soup. I would recommend going to farm boy up the road and ordering better quality soup for $3.60 a bowl, and they have an equally enjoyable dining space.
