Decent tims usually quite fast and accurate orders. The only issue is they need a better system for the line up and pick ups. The line is way to Shor and ends up being a pot of people bunched up not knowing if they are in the line or waiting for food. And yay they brought back the chocolate Danish
The wrap was great, service as well. There was a long line up. There was some crumbles and garbage in the dining area.
Clean place, well attended, delicious food. I like the cilantro wrap and French vanilla coffee.
Decent place to grab a coffee or a donut. Everything else is obscenely overpriced

I would like to honor the girl who made sandwiches at noon today. Even though she was super busy, and encountered technical issues and some rude customers, she still keeps a positive attitude and gives me my meal with a big smile. Thank you to make me the day.
The cashier Peter is amazing!!! The way he talks to customers is so awesome. He is so friendly and has a warm smile. I hope you get to interact with him :)
Update to my review. The new team, especially Peter and, believe it or not, another new young team member named Lovedeep are excellent. They're friendly, and hard working.
Things have improved drastically. As previously mentioned though, Restaurants International/Tim Hortons needs to up the ante to fully staff this location instead of working their skeleton staff to death.

All I can say is bring Tyler back. The young man was an exemplary manager that was a team player. It was obvious that his hard work ethic rubbed off on his appreciative staff. Things have gone somewhat downhill ever since.
They need to have more than one cashier working at any given time. I see lots of customers just giving up waiting in line and walking away.
This Tims was awesome because ....I called ahead to see if or how many coconut cream donuts they had and was told only one. I said okey thanks bye. Not even two minutes go by and I get a call from THEM and the worker tells me "ma'am I have found 5 more coconut donuts and that means I have SIX! Do you want them?" I said wow, Now thats service and yes that was worth my time I will be right over😍
I would like to commend one of your employees. I was at Tim Horton's at North Hill mall today and was served by Lidia. She was very pleasant, professional and hard working. She even came out to clean the tables when we were there. We need more employees like her. Congratulations on a job well done!!
