I came here tonight with my two sons under 5 years old, they were so excited to sit in a Pizza Hut and order in. We got there and although dining area was closed, they allowed us to order our pizzas and sit in the dining area to eat. My kids were so happy. We even FaceTimed their dad to show them our dinner and that we were eating inside of a Pizza Hut! We will definitely come back :)

My wife and I had a great dinner eating delicious food at your restaurant. All the staff are so nice, especially Tim, who was very committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome as well.Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great. We'll definitely be back!

I come here several times a week. Real nice cashiers, they know my face and they know what I want even before I order it. I keep coming back because I always get the royal treatment and they're always happy to see me. Super deals too. Special shoutout to Taran for being so awesome.

Amazing experience altogether! Got the boneless garlic parmasan wings and they were so Crispy and the sauce was so good. Awesome service, super friendly and kind. Restaurant was quiet and had a calming vibe to it. If you want a calm and friendly dine in dinner service with great food, this is the place.

I am from Surrey and we came here to get pizza for the road trip. The server Sukhi was very accommodating and nice. She took our order patiently and helped us all.

Service is amazing. The employees are super fast and humble. I love this location. Pizza Hut is always best for the taste of their pizzas. 100% recommended.

I just went there yesterday with my friends. And I oderered alot of pizzas but I found few things very amazing there which was there services which they provide to us like friendly nature, on time food, the way of arrangements these all things are great. At last it is the best place for friends or even with family.

Good and fast services, Behaviour is good towards customer. Nice place to sit and eat. Pizzas are delicious. I think one of the best pizza selling restaurant.

Pizza here was really good quality and freshly baked, they had great customer service as well, special thanks to Taran for assisting me and my wife, she is very helpful and polite. Will recommend this place.

Whenever I feel like Pizza Hut I go out of my way to come yo this location, it is the last best Pizza Hut in Calgary. Sukhi is wonderful to chat with she is always so sweet and you can tell she takes pride in this location. If you’re craving Pizza Hut and remember how the quality used to be, this is the only location left that cooks everything consistently. Great customer service and very friendly. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Fantastic pizza.! Nothing better on Friday after work to start the weekend. My wife and I are loving this location’s consistency. Top quality pizza promptly made and delivered every time. Keep it up guys.!

What a joke! The customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordered pizza online it was made and delivered from this location and ALL THERE pizzas we ordered were wrong we called to advise them and we're told it was not their problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Your location made and delivered them and that's not YOUR problem. What a joke I will never order from such a crappy company ever again!

After realizing that all Pizza huts are not the same.  I would like to say this one by far is the best one in the City.  it's take out pizza, so you can't expect too much.  But this place sure makes the best take out pizzas.

Went for the lunch buffet -- $6.99 you really can't go wrong though it is small. The Zaa is what it is, they keep it coming so it's hot. Salad. Breadsticks something that passes for pasta. The place is old, definitely locked in 1980s time warp. But can't beat it for the price.

Great place for pizza and wings and thay have a lunch buffet as well . I think its the only dine in , in the city me and my wife will come back

This is your typical pizza hut. I love this one the most though, the management + staff are friendly and always smiling when they see you. Their pick up is very easy - they have a screen telling you the estimated time until your order is ready. As well, they always seem to have deals and tell you all of them when you order. Typically you get $5 off when ordering online. The pizza and pasta are always great! Never too greasy to sag the pizza but never to dry to make it hard to chew. Overall enjoyable.

To the woman who gave me a bad review !!. To the woman who gave me a bad time on Sunday. iv been working for 5 years that day in the back up front and in my dine in.. i do what ever i can and am all-ways nice to my tables but to call someone dirty cause I don't look like a fake bitch with big boobs and have fake hair is a little messed up.. i cant believe you would wright something like this about someone hard at work. you need to grow up you fake little *****.. if you come back i will not serve you. so don't bother comeing by.

Boneless Wings. I bought 14 Honey Garlic Boneless wings from the Pizza Hut on 17th Ave SE. When I opened the box they were pretty much just boneless chicken nuggets as they had very little sauce on them. I had to roll them around whatever sauce was on the bottom of the box to get even a little sauce on them. When I called to let them know I spoke to Francisco who then told me they could send new ones out, they would just need the other ones back. I advised them I threw the box in the garbage as I had planned on eating these. I again told him that the box was in the garbage and he expected me to go through my trash and get the box out to put the wings back in the box. I told him don't worry about it, I am hungry now and I don't want to wait. I will say I have never had this kind of issue at this Pizza Hut before so I am hoping it is a one off experience.

The Only Dine In Pizza Hut In Town. Most people know what they are getting when they go to a Pizza Hut. The reason for a review at this particular location is because it's the only dine in Pizza Hut in town. The restaurant is newly renovated and looks really nice with a smaller menu that is pretty much what every Pizza Hut sells but you have a choice of dinning in. You can also dine in the early weekday specials which is great. <br/><br/>The lunch buffet is amazing for $10 you get a good selection of Pizzas hot and fresh all the time. If you want a veggie pizza or something in the lunch buffet, they will make it fresh for you on order. For whatever many reasons they probably can make certain pizzas for you on order but there is enough of a great selection that most customers really don't do that. It's probably just the none meat pizzas. They have a main salad, pasta salad, bread sticks and desserts on the buffet. Bottomless fountain drinks are refilled by the server and are extra charge of $2.50. <br/><br/>The staff is very friendly, hard working and fixed a particular problem that occurred that I think a non customer slipped into the washroom unnoticed and got messed up but the staff fixed it right away. I'm sure it is fine and the staff will be more aware so that things like that incident won't occur again. It didn't ruin my visit to the restaurant and will visit again with probably a group of friends to see how many pizzas one can eat in the two hour lunch buffet. Overall a good place that I hope does well and stays open as a dine in restaurant.

Excellent lunch buffet. We always get the lunch buffet and it's always hot and fresh. The pizza crust is the best part, almost deep dish like. The service is friendly and generally the whole restaurant is well maintained. We are looking forward to going again soon!

Pathetic Management and Service. I have NEVER been more disgusted or disappointed in the food industry as I was yesterday with Pizaa Hut and their 17th Ave, Calgary location!!!!!! <br/><br/>I ordered $150 worth of food for our management business meeting the day before, to be delivered to our office at noon on Thursday. Not only was I hung up on 3 times when trying to order on Wednesday, the people at the 17th ave location didn't even bring the food on time (or at all but I'm getting to this!) <br/><br/>When I called them at 12:30, no one answered the phone after the 4 attempts I made with customer service to be transferred to the 17th ave location; finally, once I got ahold of someone I expressed I was angry that our meeting was now running behind. The manager; Deb Sanchez, told me that they were very busy and our order had to be put aside for the earlier orders that came in that morning, even though I was proactive and placed my order 24 hours in advance. She also explained that my order would be delivered before 1pm.<br/><br/>I had to ask if Pizza Hut was going to offer anything for my company's inconvenience and the best they could do for being a hour late was 50% Deb said; although not satisfied I told her I would wait until 1pm and expected a phone call from the delivery person when they arrived in the lobby of our downtown office. <br/>At 1:30pm when they still didn't arrive I called them back, after again 3 attempts to call and have somone pick up the phone I got in touch with Deb the manager asking where my food was; she then told me that she cancelled the order because I told her I didn't want it!!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTLEY DID NOT request the order be cancelled as by this time with our meeting already behind getting our lunch order was the only option, even though it was almost 2 hours late and our meeting ran late. Imagine 20 people, sitting in a meeting room, without any food for 6 hours.......<br/><br/>I had almost 20 people go hungry at our business meeting, including my director and our visiting vendors; I was embarassed and disrespected with the service I received from this manager and the company as a whole. <br/><br/>All I will say is that we are a VERY large telecom organization that spans nationwide and after the e-mail I sent out to my 60 colleuges in this province alone I can GUARANTEE that we will NEVER be supporting Pizza Hut in the future, business or otherwise. <br/><br/>It is sad to know that one person can have such a negitive impact on a company and how they represent themselves. I too managed in the food industry for almost 15 years before coming to my current company and know that this is NOT how you conduct yourself when representing a corporate organization. <br/><br/>I hope this message reaches out to all in the service industry as an example of poor relations; Deb, if you ever come to my retail organization I hope you are not shocked when you receive the same service that you offer to others.

I must have had bad luck this particular evening - I have least been waiting over 45 min for a personal pan pizza and some garlic bread! Despite what seems to be a large number of staff hustling about, the service is slow and I haven't seen my waitress in half an hour. Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend this location :(

Solid pizza hut. Pizza Hut is consistent as any chain should be however I have encountered the occasional location that really seems to put on minimal toppings. This location doesnt seem to have that problem. Plus the staff is really friendly and prompt. The segregated take out window is always nice too.
