Gagan and the owner are honestly incredible!! I really appreciate them! Top of the line customer service.
I usually order in person however today due to my little one being sick I ordered via Skip the Dishes and accidentally chose the wrong store as the address is similar with the difference in blvd and way. When I called Gagan she confirmed to me that she has not received my order than that's when we realized it was the wrong store. As I was figuring out how to cancel my order, she called me right back to inform me that she called the other store amd told him how to make my order. I was absolutely floored by the above and beyond level of customer service. I really appreciate that, I will be a returning customer God willing. Thank you Gagan and the store owner😊🙏🏼
Update:
My food at the other location Sunridge Blvd turned out to be soggy, no cheese (even though I payed for extra cheese) wrong condiments it was awful, not to mention the person working that location an older male was extremely rude and was yelling. Anyways, suffice to say I got a refund from Skip and used it towards this location and it was incredible🥰❤👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Gagandeep is an amazing staff
She was extremely helpful and was very patient
Something was wrong with my Apple Pay and it took me over 20 min to figure it out
She also helped me figure out my apple payment method (I am not good with technology at all) so I really appreciated all her help. She’s very good at multitasking. She was helping me and helping others at the same time. She very kind, polite and very helpful. Side note also this subway was very clean

I went to the store for the first time, and my order was really large but it took a little while and the person (Raj) was really hygienic. The order was really tasty and my family loved it. I recommend going here.
Easily the best Subway restaurant in Calgary. The staff are friendly, and they take care in preparing your meal every time. The owners, Kelly and Connie, are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I've tried other places to eat in the area, but I keep coming back to this Subway, because the sandwiches, salads, wraps, and soup are great, and the service and atmosphere are really just exceptional :)
