This is one of our favorite spot, specially for my 9 yo daughter. I'd like to shout out to Rafi, one of the staff who went above and beyond, we had a long hair day at one of the beauty salon near by and I couldn't leave due to coloring process, so I called up the store and asked if they can deliver it. At first, of course they suggesting delivery app which for me, I had to download, add my credit card details wait for another 25 minutes just to get it delivered. It's absolutely hasle! So I insisted and try to persuade them to deliver, it's only takes 2 minutes of their time and my kids is super hungry, we can't wait that long. Thankfully Rafi took an extra mile to deliver it for us and I was so relieved that my kid didn't go hungry and I don't have to worry she's gone out by herself. Thank you Rafi!!! Management should appreciate you for this as a business opportunity, to deliver within the mall area. We'll be coming back soon!
My daughter and I shared a large classic poutine. Portion was huge and we asked for a seasoning packet which added extra flavor, it was delicious and the bonus is its gluten free!
Staff are Super friendly. Theirs fries are fried perfection. Very delicious. Fresh crispy outside but soft and tender inside like mash potatoes flavour.
The epitome of professionalism at this NY fries. I absolutely recommend a visit to this location, especially if you are already at Sunridge mall.

Some pretty top notch customer service at this location. The individual taking my order had a very welcoming energy to them and were accommodating towards my pickiness. Cook staff were bumping to the music and happily gave me my food which made for a pleasant experience.

The staff is so sweet. They messed up our order a little bit, which is no big deal. So when we went back to get it fixed they were so amazing about it - they gave us our proper food, told us we could keep the incorrect food, and gave us a coupon for free fries. They literally didn't have to do all that. Bonus is the fries are SO good!!
they communicate very well with their customers, and as for the food they put enough cheese and/or other sauces depending on the size you order which makes it really good and enjoyable to eat <3
