Philly steak pizza. Excellent
Delicious Pizza and Amazing Staff. I just want to share one of the best service I and my husband repeatedly experiencing with the same guy in Panago Mckenzie High St. and it happen again last night. We entered the store and saw this one familiar male staff too busy making pizza. When he saw us he immediately welcome us with a smile and cheerful greeting. He rush to wash his hand and run quickly to counter and get our orders. We felt very amazed with him every time we get in the store. He really make us very important customer. He always greet us with our name, I and my husband always think his a long time friend. Even he look tired, he still smile to us and make us feel comfortable. We just wish this friendly staff the best and hope Panago management realize that they have brilliant staff like him. We truly love Panago pizza and will continuously coming back , definitely will recommend to our friends, we love the pizza and the service, Cheers!.
MacTowne Pizza Kings. Always a good price, speedy service and the pizza is always hot and delicious. It's always the go to pizza spot for this area of town.

The staff was friendly and we got our pizzas very quickly. One of the pizzas had a slightly burnt crust but only on one side. Overall, we had a lovely experience. I would say we will be back (and we proabably will) but we only get pizza once every couple year so , not for awhile!
they have excellent pizza - my favorite one right now is Primo Shrimp , topped with sweet and smoky tropical sauce, wild pink shrimp, red onions, green and red peppers, pineapple and mozzarella cheese.
Every time we order they never disappoint! Orders are always right and always on time. The one thing that makes this store stand out from other stores is when you ask for light tomato sauce they will make that for you or when you ask for the pizza to be cooked well done, it will be cooked perfectly crispy and not burnt. The owner of the store runs this place very well.

After a mix up with my order (mostly me reading the online menu wrong) the manager was quick to make me a new pizza without any fuss at all. Amazing customer service on top of their already delicious pizza!!
We only ordered a plain cheese pizza, but it was SO delicious! The sauce & crust were very good. Delivery was also faster than expected! Definitely recommend this place for a solid pizza.
Growing up in the SE I was always skeptical about Panago so I never ordered from that location. After recently living in McKenzie for a year I didnt know which establishment could be trusted. You know how you find that one place in your area you just love ? How's about 16 mins and my older was in my hands ? I couldnt belive it. So I ordered again another time. Fantastic ! The pizza is nice and hot and pretty decent!

Pizza is good. Price is good. Delivery speed is shockingly fast. I live in McKenzie Towne...they always quote 35mins for delivery and it's always at my house in 15 minutes. Never had a mistake with my orders either.
Every time I have ordered from them, the service has been amazing. They once screwed up my delivery by sending me the wrong dip. When I called to let them know, they sent someone right away with the proper dip and also credited my account for money off my next order which I wasn't expecting.

Great plant based options. I would rate 5/5 but the gardein tenders were disappointing considering you can buy them for $5 at the store and prepare it better than Panago does, the vegan dipping sauce makes up for it though...
When I lived in the area I always ordered pizza from this location. Pizza was great each and every time. You can tell they care about your order.
When ordering on the phone they do not rush you and instead are very gentle and professional. About the quality of the pizza, I guess we all already know is one of the best. Cheers
