Had a private tour of Choklat with my friend Pam. Started with drinking chocolate that was so thick your spoon could stand up in it! And it was definitely the most amazing hot chocolate I have ever had!!! And then we toured the entire facility, learning all about cocao beans and how they are grown and harvested roasted and used to make Choklat! We got to taste cacao nibs (the really good quality ones!) After the tour we got to sample all the different kinds that they make from the different cocao beans.
If you are looking for something to do and LOVE chocolate - GO!

I am a fellow Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier in Morinville AB (Au Chocolat).
A few weeks ago, I was invited to an open house at Choklat, so I made the trip and brought a friend. I hadn't met the owner Brad before, nor tried his chocolate. I have to say I was impressed. We sampled some delicious hot chocolate and his bean to bar chocolate and toured his facility. He was a hospitable host and offered a nice presentation. I purchased a few bars from him (on the website) and 8 truffles. I wish I would have ordered more! My order came very quickly. The truffles are larger than most and traditionally made (hand rolled).
It takes something significant to wow me when it comes to chocolate. They aren't too sweet, simple ingredients, buttery smooth ....I'll come out and say it ... addictive.
His chocolate is the same - velvety smooth.
From one Chocolate Maker to another... I take my hat off. Well done Brad.

I recently purchased an enticing assortment of delectable chocolate that included various chocolate bars, bark and fudge. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order ahead of time, which made my day even more fantastic. I have tried chocolate from chocolatiers in Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico and here in Calgary, and the chocolate I tasted from Choklat is the most favourable and silky smooth chocolate I have ever had. The aromas are heavenly and the chocolate melting in your mouth is like you just scaled the heights of Mount Olympus. Highly recommended that you buy some.

The truffles are outstanding. The chocolate is smooth, delicious and so flavourful!! It is honestly the best chocolate I have had. The best part is there was free delivery this week and Brad accommodated my request for same day delivery. He went above and beyond with my request, I have never received this kind of service before! I will definitely be supporting Choklat, it is the best.

My sole complaint is with transparency on pricing. Some items weren’t marked, and a total was never given at the till so we got a bit of a shock when we got the bank statement. And it’s cheaper to order online!!
BUT it is an absolutely, bar none, beat quality product you will ever find. They’re one of very few shops that actually MAKE chocolate, from the beans themselves, and I highly recommend doing their tour and tasting to see just what a difference a simple bean can make. The owner knows his stuff and is entertaining to listen to. Hurry quick before they close to the public...to start in the edibles market 😍

We had our workplace Christmas get together here...and YUM! Could have bought the place out! Brad was very funny and a great host - we were educated on the chocolate (pardon me...the Choklat) life...and let me just say...for someone who isn't a chocolate lover (especially not of milk/white chocolate) ...I found a while new appreciation (especially of milk/white)!

The only good comparison to the bars would be sharing a good bottle of wine or scotch: I have been a regular customer for six years. I generally purchase the bars which have always been exceptional. The quality justifies the price. Specifically, there is no chocolate available with better quality that I am aware of. I love sending these as Christmas gifts to friends, family and clients. I've found sharing Choklat with someone who has not tried it before is unique, rewarding and fun to discuss afterward.

Amazing chocolate, I've had it before when they were only at their Inglewood location. The new location is easy to get to buy their name isn't on the building so I did drive past them twice trying to find them.
I got the Mother's Day package for my mum and she loved all of the truffles, she hates dark chocolate and coffee yet she loved all of the truffles. Would definitely get her something else from them. I also bought a tray of brownies and they were great, really moist and a wonderful layer of chocolate on-top of the.
