This place is a lot cheaper than other Dairy Queens. Most Dairy Queens the city charge over $12.00 for a Peanut Buster Parfait I got one here for $7 bucks and some change. Tax included. Staff were very pleasant also.

Being from UK we're not used to DQ. The double cheese burger thing was really good. The rest of the food and service was good. Even the smallest Blizzard was enough for one person. A medium drink here is the same as a large in the UK.
Not sure on the area/ neighborhood but there looked like a few drug runners in there or people I wouldn't trust.

The employees here are very friendly, professional and hardworking. As always in customer service jobs they have to deal with very unfriendly, verbally aggressive/rude customers, and I've seen them handle it with grace and integrity. Great job guys, keep it up and don't let those kinds of people get you down!

My experience at this location has been excellent. I have lunch very often here on my work breaks, and the service is quick, accurate, and often I see the employees go out of their way to take our meals to our table for us, of course when they're not too busy.

I stopped here for a quick ice cream cone but noticed what the person ahead of me ordered which looked awesome and I quickly changed my mind. So I ordered a large caramel sundae and was super impressed with how much flavoring the server squeezed on it. And it was hot caramel sauce to boot, very tasty indeed. Fair price and large portions, I'm definitely returning here to tantalize my crave stricken tastebuds as soon as possible.

Great improvement when compared to previous years. The staff are polite and understanding. Service could be faster, but that may be based on how staffing is related to peak service hours. The dining area is much cleaner, the product selection is more consistent, and staff are very caring. Hoping to see that this doesn't go back to bad habits (as seen with previous management), and only gets better with time. Bravo!

Where's the dough???. Paid more to get extra cookie dough in my blizzard and in actual fact I hardly got any at all! Combine that with the stingy amount of ice cream I received and the almost $8.00 I paid for this and I will never go back to this location!!

This location gives DQ a bad name. Never a good experience. Slow, cheap and food is cold. <br/>I work across the street and sometimes have no other options and I am always hopeful that the next experience will be good but it continues to disappoint. <br/>Any other Dairy Queen has never disappointed me. The owners need to be properly trained in customer service and business management.

A bad DQ. The worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. I will never be back. <br/><br/>The man behind the counter (if you've been here, you know who I'm talking about) seems to actively work against his customers. They don't offer the same specials as other DQ's (no dollar menu, for example). And they won't accept coupons.

Don't ever eat here ever. I tried to use the bathroom to wash my hands before I ate and the owner slash manager told me it was for customers on only. you didn't even wait to find out if I was going to order. Space. I have been treated so poorly in an empty restaraunt.

Not So Great After All. This DQ location is definitely a no-go place for me these days. I normally order either the 4 piece chicken basket combo or the chili cheese dog. About the chicken basket combo, the chicken breasts were basically dry and chewy. The fries were OK but very little of them were given. The gravy was very watered-down and didn't taste like actual gravy. The chili cheese dog was alright, but the problem is...the person making it, was not wearing gloves. I have also came here for ice cream occasionally and yes, it's pretty watered-down compared to normal DQ ice cream. I only come to this location as my former workplace was close by, so in the end, I will never come back AGAIN.

This location is HORRIBLE! The service is incredibly unfriendly and portions are very stingy. Tonight I went back to the counter to ask for more sauce on my wrap since it was barely there. The older man at the counter told me that there was plenty of sauce and gave me my wrap back with the tiniest amount of extra sauce... Pretty much unnoticeable while mumbling under his breath that there was plenty of sauce. I only attend this Dairy Queen when absolutely desperate, but after this evening I will make a point of never returning again. Horrible horrible management.

Cheap. Superrrrrr cheap Asian man barely gives you any fries in your chicken basket everytime and finally I go back and say something this time and I somehow end up having to pay to get more! What kind of customer service is that??! Never going there again! Every other dq in this city gives you a mountain of fries In your basket and it's like pulling teeth to get 10 fries from him!

I will never go to this location again, so long as it's under current ownership. I know what DQ ice cream is supposed to taste like, and what we had there wasn't it. I don't know what they did to it, but the taste & quality was 100% absent. The very consistentcy was awful. It's almost like they did something to the product to cut costs, as in the equivalent of "watering it down" to make it go further. We had large Skor Blizzards, but we had to hunt to find ANY Skor within the lousy excuse for a DQ treat. Incredibly disappointed as you can see.

Makes DQ Worse. I agree with NatoriErk. I don't usually like DQ that much--sticking mostly to frozen treats and avoiding the food--but this one makes me want to avoid everything they have. I'm certain it's run by a small family, but the family pride in business is just not there. It's always super slow, dirty (as NatoriErk stated), and because of the language barrier the orders are often wrong. If you're craving ice cream, visit another location.<br/><br/>And a side note: I wanted a Batman logo cake made for a birthday, and with a week's notice, they said it couldn't be done, although they do make custom cakes at that location. Huh.

Pathetic service, even for fast food.. This Dairy Queen chain only exists because football fans and college students keep it alive. The service is slow, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The blizzards contain half the normal amount of toppings. The restaurant is dirty, and the heat is often cranked to intolerable levels. Coupled with the slow service, that makes the general experience of buying a blizzard here the equivalent of pulling teeth.
