7 yrs of experience. I have been ordering from Wasim's since he opened. its been 7 yrs. The pizza is delicious, the service is very good, the staff is friendly and the owner is passionate about his business. I have had the donairs and the samosa's there as well.

Top F's - Fast Friendly and Fresh Food. They are just hidden in the Monterey Mall, off 68th and certainly worth the find. First visit I ordered a donair meal deal; comes with Reg Donair, Pop and ceasar salad. Freshly made, the donair meat was sliced and warmed again thru the pizza oven as I watched the lettuce and all the fixin's take shape onto the pita. No shortage of sauce or anything for that matter.
Being so overwhlemed by the cleaniness and the amazing aroma, I forgot to add cheese.......patienly waiting for the customers infront of me to finish their order. I interupeted and asked to add cheese to my already started Donair. In the end as I attempted to pay for the forgotten cheese NOPE - no extra charge this time she added with a smile, the menu clearly states cheese $extra$...... What a nice added bonus. !!!
I left a tip.
On my second visit, I swear she remembered me and asked me If I wanted a combo, I replied with "no" just a reg donair please with cheese, we laughed, once again it was created to perfection in front of my eyes.
The establishment is very clean, fresh pizza by the slice ready in the tunr table. A selection of canned pop, chips, ice cream and homemade Baklava at your finger tips. I am assuming this is a "Mom and Pop" run shop and it stays within the family!
again I left a tip! as I always do when good service sit down or take away!

Oh YUM!!. I like their donairs....soooooh tasty ! I 've had them on a couple of occassions now, and have never been dissappointed. They have excellent value for the dollar and I have yet to try something I don't liike.
We featured their pizza's for a large sports group awhile ago, and they did not dissappoint! Delivery was fast and reasonably priced! We'll be back again and again.
Good food and friendly service . Highly recommend substituting the Donald sauce on any pizza . Excellent garlic sticks as well
Friendly Service and Great Food. I really like it when owners/operators treat their customers like friends. That's how it is at Wasim's, and the great-tasting food seals the deal for me. The donairs always taste fresh, the pitas always taste like they just came out of the oven and it's just an all-around great little place for a good quick takeout meal in the Northeast.

I was impressed with the large donair I had at Wasim's. I was even more impressed with having the meat cut from the cone fresh even though it was during an off hour.
The meat itself was fresh, hot and there was a lot of it. While a little on the peppery side I enjoyed it.
The pita was soft and all the fillings abundant.
If I'm in this part of town and looking for a donair I'll be sure to visit Wasim's again.

Filling and Delicious. My donair was great! Crispy lettuce. Fresh pita wrap. Hot, tender donair meat. Sweet sauce. Great lunch! I ordered the $6.99 large donair which came with a free can of pop. If I had come in 8 minutes earlier, I would have caught their amazing $5 lunch specials from 11am to 3pm. You have 4 options of this great value. One option was as a small donair, small caesar salad and a pop. A second option was a lasagna and a pop. (I almost think that there was a small caesar with it too but I don't remember. Nonetheless, even without it, $5 is a great deal!) I don't know if their lunch specials change over time so I'll keep an eye out for it since I know that I'll be back often to grab another great donair.
I noticed that if you walked into the store to order, some of the menu items were at least $2 cheaper than if you got delivery. (e.g., $6.99 in store vs $8.99 delivery menu for 10 wings.) Even though they say that it's free delivery, the food prices already have compensated for the charges, it seems. Do note that the price differences are not pick up deals as some places offer (e.g., 10% off if you pick up.) Wasim's does have some specific pick up specials which are combinations of pizza orders. If you really want a good deal and was willing to pick it up anyways, I would just rather walk in and order from their menu boards. Saves you a bit of money!
Best donair Ive ever had!. The large donair is not only delicious, but its huge! It easily feeds 2 people, but I usually end up stuffing myself silly because it is SO good. The meat is deliciously tender, and it is flavoured with some nice spices so it isnt as bland as other donair meats. Their pizza is also quite good, I am a fan of the tandoori chicken although its not as spicy as I would like. Their wings arent that great though, maybe skip over them.

On our way home from church we found a little hidden gem, tucked away in a shopping area we usually drive right by. We say the flashing signs and we went in. We were greeted by smiles and great service. Then we ordered our very affordable lunch and all proceeded to enjoy it immensely. My son thinks it is the best restaurant lasagna to be had. the pizza crust and sauce were both delicious. Yes, a new family favorite has been added to the list, and with the location I am sure it is somewhere we will visit again and again!
