Excellent Vietnamese food and fantastic pho broth. Probably my fav for soup! Really nice service and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this little gem!
Very great pho. Love all the vegetables, and the broth is very good. Best clear broth iv had. Spring rolls are the same as always, price is same as always but wow this soup is hot thanks to the fresh chili peppers
This place is great! Nice surprise in the area. Read the other reviews and came in with a craving for Banh Mi and we weren't disappointed. Great food and super nice service too.

Great New Location with Excellent Food. Pho An Vietnamese Cuisine used to be just down the street from their new location at 8989 Macleod Trail. When their 10-year lease ran out, they decided to find another location with more seats, and the ability to accept larger parties. They found exactly what they wanted just up the street. They were closed for over 4 months while they did the move and renovations.They now have twice the size, a bigger kitchen, and large parties are welcome.
Best of all, the food is as exceptional as ever! Linda and I went for a late lunch on Sunday, and I had my trusty #33, the better-than-great chicken based pho with fresh quality vegetables and BBQ seared chicken. Oh, it was so good. Everyone should try this at least once.
We have been going to their old location for many years, and now we will always go to their new, bigger restaurant as often as we can. It is awesome.

How Good Does it Get? Great!. It's been a few months since my last review of Pho An, so it's time for an update.
Linda and I have been going to Pho An every week ... often twice a week ... for a long time now. The quality of the food is *always* exceptional. The service is better than excellent. The owners and family are cheerful, friendly, and always have a smile for guests. The place is spotlessly clean. And the atmosphere is perfect for business or pleasure.
They are consistently excellent. At Macleod Trail & Heritage, this is one of the very best Vietnamese in Calgary. One more reason to love Calgary. You should go.

Best Vietnamese in SW Calgary. Linda and I have been going to Pho An every week for a couple of years now. The food quality is always consistently good. The service is excellent. The owners and family are cheerful and friendly. The place is spotlessly clean. And the ambience is perfect. IMO, this is the best Vietnamese in Calgary. You should go.
Average Pho. Tucked away in the Heritage Plaza, Pho An is the typical Vietnamese restaurant. Not bad for a quick, filling lunch.
With a decent selection of dishes, you can't go wrong with the tried and true mixed beef Pho or salad rolls. For an initial experience I have no complaints and would probably return if I was craving Pho in the area.
Half decent food, larger portions, a little pricier.
Consistently good food. I have been dining at this restaurant for several years now and it is one of my favorites. The service is friendly and fast, and the decor is lovely. It has become one of the higher priced Vietnamese restaurants that I dine at though.
