The beef in my sub was also of good quality. The warm toasted bread offered a nice crunch. The bread was light and not too soft or hard enough to scrape the roof of my mouth. That sate sauce is killer – a heady mixture of sweet, salty and garlic. I liked how the sate sauce and homemade mayonnaise intermingled together and would drip down onto my napkin.
Best subs in town!!!! Great friendly service! I recommend this place 100%. All food is good and super fresh!! Spring rolls, fresh rolls, soup!!! Eat there!!!!!

If you are like me, you will think this is just another typical eastern cuisine. I would like to ask many of you if you had that one local restaurant in your hometown where the local family always recognized you?
Even if you can't say yes to this question, the quality and caliber of food served here will far exceed any expectations you'll ever have! Mix that with the great customer service you will get from this place, and you've got a recipe that will keep you coming back for more!
If you aren't afraid to have a taste explosion unlike any other cuisine you have ever had, please visit this location as just a pass through, or as a regular customer. If going to the regular McDonald's is up your alley, you might want to pass on this super rare gem of a place!
The food here is super fresh and delicious. Probably one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have tried. The owners are also super friendly and you can tell they take great pride in themselves and in there business.
This place is awesome! It's sort of a little corner sub shop on centre street that I'm glad was recommended to me! I'm always looking for a good viet sub, and this place definitely delivers!
The lady behind the counter was incredibly sweet, and the sub was pretty massive! At first I thought prices were a bit steep, but the service was lovely and the sub was made to order quickly! Real meat as well that she cooked to order.
Great little place to get subs if you want to avoid going to Chinatown/Downtown! They also deliver too, may try that next time!

Great place, kind wonderful people. This place is probably not somewhere you would chose without knowing it was good. The outer appearance is dated. When I first walked in I noticed a clean, open kitchen and a big smiling face. It was recommended by my husband who had gone for a few work lunches... I got the pork on rice. The food was fresh, flavourful and hit the spot. The sauce was delicious! My daughter wasn't feeling well and slept through dinner, after we paid she started crying. The woman kindly offered us coconut water for her and was genuinely concerned. I will definitely come back to try everything else on the menu!
Delicious sub and pho! Passed by this place a million times and finally decided to give it a try after a friend's recommendation. Definitely a hidden gem and will most certainly come back!
Cizerz. First time ordering take out from the submarine tonight. The food was very good and very fresh. The lady who greeted me and took my order was a total sweetheart! Will definitely be back! :)
Good for parties. I called ahead of time to order a dozen subs (4 chicken, 4 beef, 4 assorted), 4 spring rolls and 2 orders of chicken wings for my son's birthday party. Everyone at the party loved the food and asked where I got it from. We even had some picky eaters who loved it after they tried it. We will definitely call again in the future.
The only Vietnamese location I trust wih my delivery in the area; the foods is always great, they are always quick to deliver and they don't even bat an eye when I order from work (it must be a little strange delivering food to an adult store)! Fantastic place.

Good food but not Vietnamese enough for me. I gave a try. Service was great. I had a sate beef sub, It was filing, stuffed with plenty of meat and carrots. The sub was by no means bad at all just that it didn't have a Viet-kick I was looking for. Maybe spice?? The bun could be crispier as well.

Ernie. New ownership. What a treat!! Fresh, low priced delicious food and friendly service. I had the chicken sate sub which was made fresh and clearly chicken breast meat. I've been to other Vietnamese restaurants and had the chicken sate sub which wasn't even chicken (very mysterious meat)

Great food, great service.. The food there is splended the buns are baked fresh daily and the service is excellent, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and relaxing I'd highly recommend everyone go there and try it out.
This is the best Submarine shop I have ever been to! Super tastey sate sauce! This is my new favourite lunch spot. I will recomend it to my friends.
