From the food to the service to the shisha and the drinks ! I recommend it all ! Been eating at this restaurent for over 2 years now and will keep going back for sure ! The chicken , beef and shrimps are irresistible, so are the fatoush and taboule. Sandra is very friendly and cares about her clients satisfaction! Thanks again Aladdins casbah
The best Lebanese food in town!!!! We've been going there from day one and the food is consistent each and every time.
Love this place ! Food and service are always excellent ! They're main focus is perfection and of course perfection takes time folks ! It's worth the wait
Great Restaurant. Best Tabouli in Alberta. Drove all the way from Fort McMurray to try it. Was not disappointed. Great food, awesome service and amazing environment...Will be making stops here every time I'm in Calgary
Aladdin's casbah Tha best in the West.. Hands down.
They have the best Lebanese food in Canada, genuine original taste and big portion..
Ate there a few years ago, awesome service and great food! Had a feast!!
Would definately recommend.

Always an enjoyable experience at Aladdin’s. Amazing, flavourful food with great service. Feels like home every time I dine here! Great place to spend time with any size crowd.
This place is amazing! Family owned and operated it is a Great environment and very friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond to make our time here enjoyable. The food is absolutely delicious and truly the only place in the city with middle eastern food with such great quality. Try this place on a Friday or Saturday night when they have a belly dancer and great music you will not be disappointed.
Delicious food. First class service. A wonderful dining experience. Had the mixed grill and the meat was succulent and perfectly seasoned. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. Especially for such delicious food
A better place than Mazaya. I've been here only twice, with a few friends, one of which is a repeat customer and frequents this location. We must have come on a decent night because we did receive good service for the most part, there was about a 20 minute period where we had to catch a waiter who we could order from, but the rest of our stay was enjoyable.
I was not a fan of the hummus here, and find that Soby's Eatery and shisha cafe does it better (on 17th AVE SW).
The froglegs are not deepfried, they are in a tangy tomatoe sauce that we didn't enjoy because of the different overpower herbs/spices in the sauce.
The shisha was very nice, and because of the hiccups in the service we were also treated much better at the end of the night by the supervising manager. Will return :)
Best ethnic food. I have been to a lot of ethnic restaurants in this city wether it is Indian or Greek and now Lebanese, this was truly a great experience, food was amazing and got greeted with great hospitality. The food was exceptional, and the people were super nice and welcoming. We were a big group of ten with family from out of town and the waitress managed to take great care of us.
Can't wait to be back.
Great service, amazing food.. Best Lebanese food in the city , shish tawook is top notch . Great service too.

I was taking a look at some of the reviews and they don't give this place justice ! I go to Aladdin's 2x a week and I can honestly say the place has amazing food and everyone that works there is really friendly and nice to us !
I highly recommend this place, best kabobs in the city !
LOVE this place. I absolutely love this restaurant. Always go during lunch time and receive great service. I usually order the shish kebab, dinner size medium rare with rice. They cook the meat perfectly, rice and veggies are a great compliment and always very tasty. I ordered the lunch special size once but the meat was not as big so I didn't enjoy it as much. It's pretty close to work so I love going on certain occasions ( since it is a bit pricey ). Definitely recommend and would bring friends (if they don't mind the cost)
A New Taste to Try Out. An interesting place. I didn't really get the feeling of being somewhere exotic. It was certainly more ordinary than I expected. Though the atmosphere doesn't really take you anywhere but the food does.
The food is excellent. The portion sizes are good. Everything was very well prepared and presented. After the first bite, you taste freshness, flavor and something completely different. Not many restaurants do that but this place does deliver some fine cuisine.
Now I did notice, that the service is very slow (in fact so slow that a couple members of my group had left without realizing that we had another course coming.) Something they need to work with but I have the feeling it was because they were taking time to make very careful preparations.
We were meant to have a belly dancer as well who did not show. They said she was sick. It might have been a good idea to have a back up dancer. It was disappointing but we did get some fun music to dance to instead. So all is well.
Overall, this place is not the perfect place for service but the food is definitely worth trying, even just once.
I go to this restaurant often. Sometimes the service is slow, other times its prompt. But the reason I keep going is the consistency of an awesome meal. One thing you can count on is delicious kababs (best in town) and fresh tasty appetizers. Today our service was quicker than ever even though the dining room was half full. Imo it's always worth it!
The best kebab variety I ever had . Friendly service with a smile that its hard to see now a days you will experience it at Aladdin . Will be back for sure
Best night out. yes it is bit expensive, service is slow but the ambience and energy in restaurant makes up to it. live music and belly dancers keep you occupied and fully entertained.
Feels Like Family!. Another great meal at Aladdin's. The food and service always makes you want to come back. Top drawer.
I don't know what these people are talking about. I've been to Aladdins a few times and its one of my favorite places. I've never once left hungry. I'm always full. The best, most authentic Lebanese food. The staff is very friendly!
Best lebanese food in the city. Followed by delicious shesha. Highly recommend
Being lebanese myself, i have to admit, This restaurant is Delicious!! The service used to be a little to slow only because there is only one chef, who is the owner! But they have sped up recently! Love the food, highly recommended!!
Awesome!. I love this place. I recently had my birthday here with a table of 12. We had 2 servers and they both kept up with my group really well, considering they were the only servers for the night. The food was delicious and didn't take very long at all. Shisha was great too! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Middle Eastern food!
The best Lebanese food in Calgary. I LOVE Aladdin's. It is THE best Lebanese food in Calgary. Everything is so fresh and amazing and tender. My sister (who is a fine dining snob) said the lamb is the best she has ever had. The shish tawouk is the BEST I have EVER had and I eat at a lot of different lebanese restaurants.
Its nice. Good food. Prices are a bit high. Staff is friendly. Really a decent place. I would go again. The menu is a bit scarce though. I wished we had more choices.
Excellent. I have been to Aladdin's twice. Both times the service was fine, and the food was excellent. Both times that I have been there it has been for lunch and the place is dead.
We ordered several appetizers, and I had the Mix Grill which I would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.
I Wish.... ...that Aladdin's actually made their own pita bread rather than use Safeway bought bread (see picture).
Other than that, I found Aladdin's to be quite enjoyable. GREAT dips - flavourful and it didn't even matter that I was using bland pita to eat them.
The Shish Kabob plate for lunch was more than enough to fill me. And the meat was perfectly tender and pleasantly spiced on a bed of rice.
Not quite that busy during lunch, the waitress was very friendly and made sure we were content during our stay there.
Would definitely visit again, but not often as the lunch specials for the plated dishes can be $15 and up.
Best Lebanese Food in Calgary. Just discovered Aladdin's Casbah the other night located in the Avenida mall, just south of Anderson.
The Lebanese food here is as good as I've ever had. We ordered their "Sultan's Feast" which included what seemed to be an endless parade of appetizers that the whole table could share. This created a great family atmosphere and helps facilitate a great night for us. While I enjoyed everything, the highlights were the fatouch salad, hommos, baba ghanouj, stuffed Kebi, Shish Taouk, grilled Jumbo Shrip and grilled quail. All the grilled food is cooked with wood charcoal and gives it a great flavour
We had great service from a friendly server. He heard that this was my wife's first Lebanese food experience and took the time to explain every dish.
This is the kind of place every foodie in Calgary needs to try. I will be back often.
Addendum: The Pita Bread
The Pita Bread does not come from Safeway!...They keep it in the Safeway bags because it stays freash and hot...I know this is confusing but it is not Safeway Pita Bread, lol.

Amazing meat. We had the Chicken Brochettes and the tenderloin Brochettes and they were melt-in-your-mouth tender, well marinated and very tasty.
The night's experience was very good - The staff is always friendly, the meal starts with complimentary olives and pickles, warm pita bread comes with the meal and the restaurant is a obviously well-cared for and super clean.
Most of all, we left very satisfied and we will be going back.
