Love love love this location. Would give 10 stars if I could. Staffs are always super efficient and friendly. Greet you with a generous smile. This location is always super busy but staffs work hard to make sure you are served your food quickly. Make sure to visit this location for a phenomenal a&w experience.
By the way, their cherry turnovers are incredible. Must try.
This is a nice stop for a quick bite. I got the Teens combo this time. It included a teens burger, a famous A&W root beer and regular fries. I paid a little extra to upgrade the regular fries to sweet potato fries. The teens burger was fresh and the sweet potato fries with special sauce were very yummy, it was worth the upgrade.
Recent Visit: Came here again to grab a few Teens burgers to go. The service was quick and efficient. I was lucky that the Teens burger was on special for $3.99 each (promo ended last Sunday, Sept 18,22). The burgers were fresh and juicy. It was such a good deal!
Love the drive thru and was able to correct my orders at the till. Friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable with their discount vouchers.
This place is fantastic. The food is good of course, it's a&w, but the staff here are exceptional. We came for 4 burger meals yesterday evening to begin a road trip, the customer service was kind and helpful. We watched them make the food, the staff moved quickly and efficiently which gave us our food within a few minutes. They are amazing!
We had a fun time as a group having breakfast at this A&W. the service was quick and easy. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful! I would definitely go back.
Excellent service. Quality food and very clean restaurant. When most fast food has gone downhill. This restaurant shines above the rest. Kudos to the owners' managers and staff. It's rare to see that they still do care. I'll be back

Super fast and stellar staff that were very kind. They gave me and other customers in the restaurant our meals with a smile! They were even exceptionally nice to the Uber etc drivers that came through! Thanks so much!
A&W is always better than McDonald in terms of taste and quality. No weirdos.
Food was fresh and good. The new renos have a great addition: 2x hand wash sinks in the restaurant. simple and great idea. easy access to get yourself and your kids hands clean before and after meal

The food is great and the service is Fantastic... the only thing better is the people who work at A&W Signal Hill Calgary Alberta location. AUREAU, TRISHA, IRINA, JO, LISA, MARLOU, etc... They are ALL so professional, polite, and proud to be associated with the company. Bravo. They won a service award and proudly displays it in their Restaurant.
There is always a "Skip the Dishes" driver picking up orders here partnering to serve clients. The food is always hot and the clients are always happy. I recommend this location over others.
Confession... This place is one of my very few vices. I am absolutely hooked on their chai latte... They have a special machine that very few & w's have here which few A & W's have, that makes the most delicious scrumptious chai latte. And then recently in July of 2023... (This year) I went through their drive-thru to get another chai latte and changed my mind when I saw their lemonade cream drink on the menu for the summer.. A mixture of both ingredients. Oh my goodness... to die for❗🥰🥰🥰 It looks like you're going to have to take a back seat for a while chai latte. 😃😃
I got Uber eats from the westhills location and I had the best time eating my poutine it was fast it’s hot and there is phenomenal gravy and curd coverage throughout all layers of the poutine, whist still having great non soggy fries. Truely a religious experience, I love you guys, thank you. Ps I was also given a lollipop I am so happy thank you ❤️
Very nice A&W place, I've been to many of them. We came at noon and it was full. But, koodos to staff, they manage the orders very well. No waiting at all. The place is very clean, one lady was checking on tables and floors all the time. Toilets are clean, no smell. Parking was full, we parked at Bricks. Drive thru was busy, but no waiting like it can be at lunch time. Service is great, personnel was very friendly.
I’ve only ever done the drive through but it’s a pretty standard A&W. I’ve have great experiences there and mediocre ones. But I’ve only ever done the drive through

I ordered a Teen Burger (no pickels; because pickels are gross:) Also got French fries and a coke.
Burger had bacon and was really good. The fries came in a cute mini fryer basket and although they seemed smaller than American portions; they sure were good! Better than In and Out in my opinion. Coke was offered in a to go cup or a frosty glass. I choose the glass and it was indeed frosty!
Drink and Fries come in one size only, that's different than what you see in USA, but any more food would have been overeating. (and I would have because it was yummy)
Later the same day I picked up my wife and I drove her thru for a burger and onion rings..those onion rings were awesome too!
Overall it was a great meal for fast food and well worth the $10.44
Best fast food quality out there but the burgers are a bit like cardboard at this location
