Very nice option for Vietnamese. Everything I tried was very tasty and friendly service. I had the appetizer sampler with LaLop, shrimp salad, and spring rolls as well as the Satay Beef Soup.
Went here with some colleagues from work. First time any of us went there. I got to the restaurant first and was seated right away. When my colleagues came, we opened the menu and found that prices were very reasonable. My favourite Vietnamese dish, the Grilled Pork and Spring Roll Bun was under $10. Once we ordered, the food came quickly and it was delicious. I would definitely come back again.
Absolutely love this place. The service is always amazing. And the server remembers their customer which is always a nice touch. The food is very good as well and comes out pretty quickly.
I live locally and it is my great pleasure to say that this place is a gem! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and the folks that work there are have always been good to me. They remember me even though it's only a few times a year that I go there and it gives me a wonderful sense of community. I take my friends there for special occasions and this weekend my Ladies Lunch Group might meet there. If they order what I always do they will be very happy! I can't speak for all the dishes but I love my favorite ones. I give it a 5.0!
Really the "Treasure" of the Neighbourhood. Our family has been going to this vietnamese restaurant almost since the day it opened. The staff are genuinely friendly and know us very well, so well in fact, they can predict what we're going to order (we do go quite often). The food always arrives promptly when eating in and take out is usually ready in 10-15 minutes (note that you do have to go in and pick it up :D) As for food and drink recommendations, my teen really likes the lemongrass chicken with rice or the mild chicken sub with strawberry bubble tea, and my older son and I enjoy the curry beef with veggies. We all are a fan of the salmon with coconut rice and veg. Overall, this is an excellent place to dine with anyone at anytime!
Great place for Asian food!. I ate there twice in the same week I thought it was so good! Everything seems fresh ,they give you tons of food and it sure beats the Ginger Beef Express. I would eat there again!
Good food. We have been dining at treasures since it opened. I especially like the fried rice, spring rolls.

Top choice... This is the best choice for Vietnamese on the West End of town. We're considered SW, but I wouldn't venture to Palliser to get Vietnamese. I've eaten at 3 others on this side of town and these folks have the best Beef Sate on rice vermicelli. Their spring rolls are crispy and you don't have to drown this stuff in rooster sauce for it to taste good.
There is a place 2 blocks from my house and I still drive all the way to Coach Hill for Vietnamese. My tried and true place is downtown, but when I'm close to home this is my new favorite.
Love the Satay Beef Soup. I've been here several times, only for the Satay Beef Noodle Soup (and deep fried spring rolls and shrimp rolls) and I love it. I have tried several Vietnamese restaurants and none compare to this one. The soup is well priced, you get a lot of beef with your order (every other place I've been too is a little shy on the beef portion) and the broth is great. I've dined in and taken out and I've never been disappointed. I used to live in Killarney and would make the drive up to coach hill to go here. I've since moved out of the SW area and am looking to find a good Vietnamese restaurant that compares to this one.
Treasure of Saigon - SW Calgary. This is a great little place for hot, quick and friendly service. The shrimp salad rolls are awesome and #51a with chicken, spring rolls, shrimp on vermicelli is fantastic. My 4 year old daughter and I go almost every week on my day off and the waitress already greets us with a friendly smile. The whole family loves it. Will likely go there for dinner tonight!
Very good service...great Pho Sate noodle soup...will go again!
Run of the mill, nothing special. The food was okay. It wasn't exceptional nor was it bad. The location is a bit out of the way. I will only return if I am in the area otherwise there are other Vietnamese places where the flavours are better than average.
Sate Beef. The sate broth here is basically the regular broth spiced up with chili oil so it wasn't really my thing. That being said, if I ordered a regular pho I wouldn't have been dissappointed. Good flavour and the service was fast.
Soooo good! Best food ever! Good size portions for the price too!
Excellent!. We were looking for a chinese restaurant in Coach Hill and came across some google reviews using my new Blackberry. My brother has driven by it for two years and hadn't visited it yet because he was waiting to see if it lasted that long. Most new restaurants die off in that time since they don't maintain quality. We listened to the others reviews and must agree 100%. This food is awesome, arrived hot and fresh, and was superquick to arrive. Beer is under $5 a bottle and the menu prices are great. The ma and pa thing is true; they even have the 10 year old kids helping out. It as if we were invited into their home for dinner! You gotto go there no matter where you live in the city. A true treasure!
Another great Vietnamese spot in Calgary, amidst the myriad of other fine spots to indulge in this wonderful cuisine. Service is lightning quick, the food tasty, and the bubble tea smooth & slightly creamy. Prices are on par with most other Vietnamese restaurants in town. Don't expect extravagant ambience though. If I'm ever in that neck of the woods again it's nice to know there's some Treasure nearby!
I like the food and the staff are friendly. I don't recommend take out orders, as they have not gotten one right yet (6 orders and still not completely correct)

Great food, amazing staff. I recently moved to the area and was about to order pizza when I thought I would veer off and try this little restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly wait staff who quickly seated us even though the restaurant was busy. It was nice to have a booth since my grandson was with us. The waitress continued to be very helpful but non imposing. The food... well... it was EXCELLENT and cheap. We fed and watered three people for $31!!! Upon leaving the waitress seemed interested in 'if we lived in the area and welcomed me" I left with a very warm neighborhood feeling. I will definitely be back!!!
This little restaurant located in a mini strip mall is quite enjoyable. It's easy to see how eager the friendly owners/employers are to serve you.... The food is good...and equally as important, the feeling of being welcomed is good...It's close to my neighbourhood, it's handy and convenient...I will be going there and ordering from them again...
The Real Deal. If abundance of portion sizes and an eternity of listed combination items appeals to you , try Treasures. They are just a small "ma and Pa" place but, they are bang on with your buck.
The environment is clean and cozy. Your host Tiem, has the biggest smile in Calgary. And you will be full and content like a kitten in cream when you leave Treasures of Saigon.
