Possibly the best pizza in Calgary. Restaurant is nice, dated throw back into the 80’s but I liked it.

A Greek restaurant, the thick crust pizza was tasty! Greek style calamari had too much seasonings in my opinion, I would prefer usual calamari with the dip. I am not sure about dolmades, they seems ok but I am not a fan of it.
One piece in. fantastic. Super friendly delivery guy. This is the old school za. When u want pizza. Love it get in my belly. Wish they would open one near my house.
I have been to and ordered from Hanni's a few times and they always make a pretty good pie. I personally recommend the Hanni's special or tandoori chicken pizzas. I can't speak for any of their other offerings myself but my wife says she has enjoyed all the pasta she has tried. When dining in we find the staff friendly and the service pretty standard. It a pretty old building so the interior could use a little work but its about the pizza and the pizza is good.
Well, what can I say? Found this gem in our neighbourhood just over a year ago and it never disappoints. We've never actually dined in but always do take out for Pizza. If you're the kind of person that enjoys a thicker crust, cheesy pizza with a variety of toppings to choose from, Hannis is the place for you. Staff are always nice when picking up, always working hard. I won't be giving up Hannis anytime soon!
They have the BEST pizza we've ever tried! Definitely recommend! We're hooked and never order elsewhere anymore. Highly recommend the bruschetta pizza and the chef's special. AMAZING!
Good ol neighbourhood restaurant. Food is good here, and the Wednesday pasta special is great value. $8 for any pasta dish on the menu that is $12 regular price. Friendly service with good food.
A wonderful find. Food was excellent, flavorful, and with generous portions and fair prices. We were treated warmly, my friend had a stew/soup that was unusual yet fantastic and she hasn't stopped dreaming about it since we left. The place has that feel where you just knew you had to try the pizza-I wasn't wrong, it was exceptional, definitely to be repeated. We look forward to going again on a snowy cold night and having a great warm meal with that home cooked feel. Decor is just a little pub-like for my preference, but the food and reception more than out weigh that, is like having dinner with family.
Service here is awesome - love the girls that work here! We usually only come for pasta Tuesday and I have yet to be disappointed! It's definitely on the heavy side, so don't come here if you are looking for something healthy.
This place is wonderful. It's a little hole in the wall I was introduced to, I've driven right past it many times. Wednesdays all pasta is on special. The servings are huge, for me enough to have another meal. I've had the lasagna as well as the Alfredo on several occasions, and it is always delicious. The food comes out hot and fresh and tastes deliciously home made. Service is always friendly, but when it's busy it can take a while for the food to come. If you like to eat pasta this place is for you.
Great food. We tried it out tonight for the first time, we placed an order for pick up the food was piping hot when we received it and still warm when we got home, the pizza's were unbelievable, we had the tandoori chicken and pepperoni we also had the cheese garlic bread that was like a pizza and lasagne, they were all great, our neighbours came over and they loved it too. Will definitely go back

Best pizza in Calgary! Hands down. I love coming in, it's like coming home. The wait staff are cheery and full of smiles, and you can really tell they're all really enjoying themselves. Plus, I don't think I could live without Hanni's hummus. The perfect blend of flavors, and big enough to take home for lunch the next day. I was also lucky enough to come in one time when Cera (one of the waitresses, and daughter of the original Hanni) was selling her cupcakes. Being a huge dessert fan, of course I had to have one, and goodness gracious they were amazing! I was told that she does orders, so next time you're in and need some cupcakes or a cake for an occassion ask for Cera's card. They were WAY better than crave, and they're all hand made, with love. Even better, grab a few pizza's aswell!
Good Pizza Place. Hanni's serves some of the best pizza in town. However, if you're trying to dine with a large group of people, you may want to try a different venue.
I think they also recently changed the owner. The food still tastes pretty similar, but I have noticed that they started changing a few items, such as the cheese!
Anyway, if you're looking for a cozy place with decent food, Hanni's is a pretty good option.
My Search for the best Greek Pizza in the SW is Over. I've lived in Calgary all my life, and this is now officially my favorite place for Greek style pizza. I can't comment on the service in the restaurant itself, but their delivery is always fast and efficient. They have a great deal on their menu where you can get two, two topping med pizzas for $24 or two large for $30. Also Hanni's specialty pizza's offer some tasty and unique combinations.
Great Pizza. Cute little restaurant. We ordered the greek pizza and the tandoori pizza and loved them both. Reasonable prices and the service wasn't bad. Would definitely go back again.

Hanni's yum yum, I have only been there once but I definitely want to go back. I was introduced to it and ordered for..man was it ever tasty. We got the Hanni's special pizza, came with chicken, mozza?, Feta (we got extra I believe), & banana peppers for the perfect kick. I usually do not enjoy chicken on pizza but this pizza was PRIME...especially the crust; crunchy&you WANT to eat the whole thing. oh yeah, did I mention I went on a Friday? the only day they serve the delicious cioppino?soup. It's a creamy broth with the perfect amount of spice and a great portion of chunky seafood. wish they served that everyday
Pretty good food, very slow service. Good for takeout, though.
Amazing Pizza. Hanni's special is to die for. The crust is buttery, but not greasy, the cheese combo (feta and regular cheese) is delish, the banana peppers are an excellent touch, and the basil tops it off perfectly.
I'm not from Calgary, but I will visit this place EVERY time I go back.

In regards to the food, the service, the speed, and price of the take away: the food is by far some of the best in town; the service is always friendly; the food arrives quickly and piping hot; and the price is by all means reasonable.

Pizza to Die for. My girlfriend and I have been ordering pizza from Hanni's for quite some time now, but we only finally went in for the sit down treatment last week. I can tell you that the pasta dishes are excellent as well, and the staff was a real treat. This is one restaurant where you won't have to beg for service. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Mmmm Good. I enjoy the Food but most of all the people that run it. Great for the community! Try the pizza it is "The Best".
