Went to Springbank to get a cheese "cake" for our wedding and Carie Lee did such a wonderful job! Truly made my dream a reality. We also go here regularly anyway because they have a great selection and wonderful staff.

Lovely place. The owner is a nice man who is well versed in cheeses. I came in to pick up some french cheeses and he made some good recommendations from Spain and NZ which were a nice accompaniment. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.
