I always go back! Best AYCE sushi lunch and deal in the city!
This location is also super clean and you get real glass dishes. Must try! Friends are blown away for the price!
Lunch buffet all you can eat is a bang for your buck! The food is pretty good but service is definitely lacking. Takes a while for the waiters to come back to check on us. On the plus side, menu selection is quite large and everything seems pretty fresh and tasty!
Food is amazing! Fresh sashimi was good. Red snapper was a hit or miss. Service was okay. Really forgetful with the orders. Id probably give it a 2nd try before i feed my full 2 cent review
Finally an AYCE sushi place in the NE! And the quality is good and fresh too. The restaurant is located at the edge of the industrial area of McKnight and Edmonton Trail. It is easy to get to in all directions. All I can say the service here is amazing except for one little blunder - one dish arriving after we paid the bill. I think there were 4 servers, and they come around constantly to clear away any empty dishes and to grab new orders. I have been here twice and both times they didn't miss anything on our list. First time we checked by having a copy of what we gave to the server and checked the items off as we received them. The restaurant is old school using pen and paper. I remember being at an AYCE sushi place last year where we use an ipad to order, and it was a disaster. We didn't get food that we ordered from the first round and then ended up cancelling a lot of the items because we waited so long for them, and the place wasn't even busy being that it was in the middle of the afternoon.
This is an all you can eat sushi place that is cheaper at lunch. The sushi is decent, sometimes the rice doesn't keep its shape very easily so as you pick it up and dip it into your soy sauce it just falls apart. Sometimes, its like that. Dessert includes green tea and mango ice cream flavours for lunch and dinner. For dinner, you can also get deep fired banana and milk which is pretty good. This place is good, if you like variety as there are Thai dishes here. Here, you write what you want on a piece of paper and you give it to your server. Parking lot is a bit small but there is parking around the corner.
We have had nothing but great service here including several visits with large groups. The all you can eat sushi is fantastic, fresh and very tasty. Great selection for those who cannot eat fish or other food allergies. Highly recommended
Went for the all you can eat and was definitely not disappointed. Lots of variation and it was great. The sushi was beautifully presented on a plate and tasted really good.
Tried the place for the first time today. Ordered online for pickup. Order was ready when promised. I got the chicken teriyaki roll (8 pc), mango crisp hand roll and my old favorite, tempura yam. Even when I got the order back to the office the tempura was still hot, crispy and fresh. The tempura batter is delicious. The tempura sauce is a little heavy on the ginger for my liking but still tasty. The chicken teriyaki roll was also delicious! And I'm so impressed with the mango crisp hand roll. Lots of yummy crisp and a nice big piece of fresh, perfectly ripe mango. We usually go to another restaurant for AYCE but based on my takeout experience we will be giving Fusion a try the next time we go! Prices are reasonable too.
Pretty good. Fish was pretty fresh and nice. The restaurant is quite modern and clean which is gr8 m8. Menu was not too shabby. Would recommend this place to others.
This restaurant is pretty good for an all you can eat sushi restaurant. It's nice that they have all you can eat Thai food too although the food isn't that flavourful or authentic. But it's nice to have a variety of food to order especially when I come with a group of people. I've been here a few times for dinner and the food has always been served pretty quickly. The rolls are just okay. I usually load up on the sashimi and that tastes pretty fresh. The grilled squid is pretty good here. And I always eat a lot of the green tea and mango ice cream.
It's a good place to go to if you want to eat a variety of food without breaking the bank.
Decent all you eat menu for the price.
PARKING/DECOR: Big parking lot outside but hard to turn into off of McKnight. All booth style with sparsely decorated interior and large windows for natural light.
FOOD: The all you can eat menu is fairly small on the sushi side - no sashimi and mostly variations on avocado rolls. Good assortment of cooked items. The pork and chicken Katsu were tasty and not too greasy but the tempura were very greasy and all stuck together on arrival. The udon broth was bland. The fish in the sushi was a good size and fairly fresh. I really enjoyed their special rolls and wish they had more of then.
SERVICE: The servers were very attentive but an explanation on how to order after we were seated would have been nice.
Overall, good lunch place but unless the menu expands, probably too expensive for dinner.
my favourite sushi spot, very cheap especially at lunch. sometimes they don't bring out everything you order but the food is delicious nonetheless and the servings are a perfect size for ayce
they have a reallllly wide range of food which is perfect for AYCE and its realllly good too. be careful not to order too much cause they charge you $25 if you don't finish! i learned my lesson there fml but i would still come back again,

Good simple sushi, kids friendly, overpriced buffet, however, when we look at fish prices .... it's not too bad as you can 'all you can eat'
The only good AYCE place for North Calgary. Probably the best AYCE sushi in calgary now. Must try their fusion and volcano special rolls on lunch menu. It gets my top marks on freshness, presentation and value. And we love the young family who are running this restaurant. I've been there at least five times since it opened. Mostly during lunch and week nights. Service has been attentive by far and I have not any problem with the service. Again, can't really blame the restaurant staff on bad service if the place is packed and super busy. It's our new go-to place for sushi. Great value for lunch AYCE under $20.
One of the best AYCE places in town. Great selection of food, services is very attentive, great experience overall, going back again soon!
I love this place! Tempura broccoli and shrimp are the best! Service is awesome and the food is great. I'm now a regular.
I love it . I have been to the fusion sushi last night. The food was so quick served so that . We don't even have space to put on the table / we are very enjoyable there . Both the service and food are good . We will definitely comming back . Thank
All I have to say is wow. The interior is very clean, very modern. The staff are great and the quality is actually worth the money! The flavours are so legit. Best all you can eat in Calgary by far!!
Been here 3 times & it's great . If your looking for cheep it's prob not for you. Best I've had in a long time.
Tried the dinner last nite. Kinda pricey $35 with
Tip but very good
OMG Finally. This is without a doubt the best Asian food we have been to in Calgary. We have tried the AYCE on Mcloud, the soul Korean and the Sushi BBQ and they cannot hold a candle to this place. The service is prompt and polite, the menu is widely varied and authentic and the sushi is screaming fresh with well cooked rice that doesn't fall apart. We found all the curries and soups to be authentically flavored and packed with fresh herbs, in fact we have yet to try a dish on this menu that isn't great! Our top favorites would have to include the Tom Yum soup, the incredibly fresh sushi and sashimi, the Basil beef and the grilled squid. At the risk of making this little hole in the wall gem over crowded I have to say you would be an idiot to turn up a chance to try this place out.
Shrimp Tempura. Perfectly cooked, not at all greasy...miles ahead of your typical all - you - can - eat fare.
