Been here about 3 times in the last 5 months. Nandos definitely does not disappoint there customers. Service is always great, the manager on shift always comes around to ask how our meal was. The restaurant is clean, lively, very spacious, and welcoming. The prices was great, you can't go wrong for a full meal that's under $15.00. There meat is always moist, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I recommend this establishment for the service, food, atmosphere, and price.
What a phenomenal experience.
Upon entering the location that I've driven by everyday, you see high ceilings, and an intricate experience with great art work, collars, and flow that you don't see anywhere else.
The staff was great, super polite, helpful, and don't have the dead look in their eyes like most places that indicate they don't want to be there.
The variety pack we purchased to share between two was great, we definitely had leftovers. The flavour of hot by Asian standards was medium, but was perfect for our visit, and the Mango Lime& Lemon Herb chicken was tasty. The sides of mashed potatoes and cole slaw were on the small side, but was the perfect compliment to the flavours of the meal.
Definitely would be back, and Nando's staff, you guys are great looking and high energy. Love it.
Atmosphere was great, and service was excellent! I love the interior of the restaurant and the chicken is to die for! I will definitely be dining here again

My wife and I ordered a whole peri chicken, fries and garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was moist, skin was crisp and seasoned nicely. Yes, the chicken was very tasty and that is what it is, a chicken house. Fries were fries, garlic mashed potatoes were just as expected. I should have tried the salads. We went at 4 PM on Saturday before Fathers Day and the place was almost empty with about three tables of customers. There were about 8 staff who were all busy cleaning and doing various things. Our waitress was super nice, came and asked us if the food was ok, and brought some desert for us. Our waitress picked up the dirty dishes and did not try to rush us out, which was nice. Heck, I was so pleased I gave her a a nice tip. What most people don't have is 'common sense'. If you go to any restaurant during peak hours, you get brushed off and always get served crap. Come off peak hours, you get served and treated like a human being. I am so happy common sense is in short supply because because more people would arrive off peak hours making it always busy. LOL!!!! Yes, I have experienced Nandos when they are busy and yes, you get served rushed food which is not always good. But this place can put out nice food, off peak hours. So I always ignore bad reviews when a place is really busy. Line ups alway equal poorly prepared food.
Had lunch here with my wife while visiting with family in town. Recommended by a friend. He recommended well. We each had a perri perri 1/4 chicken meal for lunch. Amazing. Wife had medium for the chicken and the heat was sutle. She had the garlic mashed potato. .. awesome.. don't get fries, I had perri perri fries and should have had the mashed potato. We also had garlic bread and a Mediterranean style side salad . Garlic bread was good. Side salad wouldn't get again, seemed bland maybe just the style I don't know. My chicken had the lemongrass hest level also good, if you don't like spice get this one I enjoyed it.
Restaurant was well lit and appealing, nice ambience for lunch. Was also very clean along with the bathrooms being clean. Server was friendly and the food was served quickly and it was hot.
Place filled up quickly during lunch.
I will be going again and would recommend this to my friends. Overall an excellent experience.
Very nice decor, high ceiling, table spacing is just right, family-friendly, washroom upstairs was a bit unkept but when I told one of the staff about it they took care of it right away. Happy to see young people working in there, friendly and good customer service. The chicken is very delicious! Tender, well marinated and very tasty. I recommend it and I'll be dining here again.
Husband picked up takeout so can't comment on service of staff. Got the peri peri fries, they taste a lot like the Cajun fries from five guys but we're good. Got the chicken wrap with medium spice and it was good. Bun was a little dry but overall was good. Husband enjoyed his spicy chicken sandwich too. Decent food.
Nando`s is good. Really good food and awesome chicken. Its always busy and line up. always fresh not sure why others are hating. really good place.
I used to live in London for 3 years and when I found out Nandos was in Calgary I was so excited .... I really had a good experience at this restaurant the interior design is really unique and the staff are friendly I'm definitely coming back ! you guys need to try it !!
Bad food, burnt chicken and extra dry. Took 30 mins to get it. The NE location is much better. Wouldn't be back even if you paid me. The 3 tables lined up behind me got their food 10 mins before ours. Waitress and cashiers seem nice but your kitchen needs big help.
Came back from a invitation from the manager. Service was great food was impressive. All the clients around me looked happy. Over all satisfied with their change.
If you are in search for spicy and flavourful chicken you can't go wrong with peri peri basting and sauce. It's heartwarming. Beat the winters with this amazing flame grilled chicken. A big break from all that fried stuff out there. Something different. I first tasted in U.K. They are expanding in Canada aggressively. Nandos the way to go.
Delicious chicken, lots of choices. Loved all the spicey and wonderful sauces. The garlic bread was a lot more than I was expecting in quantity. My boyfriend and I came and ate leaving full for about $40.00. That never happens. Will be back.
The concept however was a little strange with the ordering first then sitting down. Wasn't expecting that. But either way it was worth it.
