I tried the Korean BBQ sub, so delicious 😋, the bread and all the toppings feels so fresh! Sorry is just a small piece now but this was very well prepared

Decided to head over there for lunch, broke down and wanted to try the bubble tea. Ordered a milk tea with pearls. Extremely watered down to the point of no flavour and to make things worse. Got to the bottom and there’s a long string of hair. No thanks….

Quaint little restaurant , that serves bubble tea, Vietnamese, Japanese foods. Great friendly team! Made food fast, clean environment, and lots of parking and street parking.

I'd never heard of a Vietnamese sub before, and now I don't know how I've been living without them. No idea what I got, just ask for the best sub and you won't be disappointed.
