I took my sons for their birthday time out. They really enjoyed it. A great place for kids, adults, youths and everyone. The have special free birthday breakfast for everyone and kid eats for free on a specific day and gets special discounts also for their birthday. Their pancakes 🥞 are a wow, sausages are just outstanding and their eggs 🥚 of different makes is next to none. Their salad 🥗 and other chicken 🐔 meal dinner, lunch and breakfast are all just amazing. My kids love this place and they can't wait to return for another nice meal.

A must visit place. I tried the Nashville hot chicken melt. Loved it. The best part is you get a pretty good quantity in all the dishes that they serve. Balaji served us and he was really helpful. Excellent service.

I took my son for breakfast today. Marco and Hannah were wonderful. We enjoyed our time together along with good service and great food. We had the Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake Breakfast as well as the Fit Slam! Food was so good we didn’t get a lot of photos. But we will definitely be back. Thanks team Crowfoot Denny’s!

Inflation got to this place. Got a half chicken Breast when I ordered the Borbon chicken for 17 bucks. 2 years ago ordered the same meal and it was a full juicy breast. The milkshake is still great also the sandwich is great as well. Customer service is top notch. Really clean place and good environment.

The service here was excellent. Very friendly, organized, accommodating and diligent staff. My food was very good quality and it was a relaxing atmosphere regardless of how busy it was. I really appreciate somewhere I can go for good food and great service that helps you forget about the worlds pandemic, even if it is just for a little while. Me Want Food

As far as Denny's go, this one is almost always fast and the service is good. The renovations they did this summer are very nice. It is very kid friendly.

worst service I ever received. we ordered country steak and we ordered a chicken noodle soup. the chicken noodle soup was SOUR, and overly salty. We didn't receive any apologies or changes to food. they only took away the soup and replaced it with caesar salad. yeah the soup was replaced with salad but NO APOLOGIES? when the soup was sour? the soup may have caused stomach flu but from the start, it is a restaurant, serving food to people and they served a sour soup and they did nothing. i would not recommend this location at all

Came here on Wednesday around 1am in the morning. Food came pretty fast and our Sever was great. She came to check on my sister and I often. She was also very talkative and very nice! Her name is Susan C. The food is decent, but I would definitely come back, wouldn't mind having her serve us again. (:

I love how Denny serves breakfast food all day! Definitely a cheat day to go here. Service is mediocre, definitely not somewhere you want to go to if you want amazing service.

This Denny's is the best one I've ever been too! I had the best breakfast skillet I've ever had and the service is amazing. This isn't the type of restaurant I normally frequent but I sure will now!

This is, weirdly, head-and-shoulders above any other Denny's establishment I've ever been in. Fries are always fresh, good quality non-breakfast food, great service, friendly atmosphere. I come here often with my husband after he gets off his late shift, and there's nowhere else in the world quite like a Denny's between the hours of 11pm-5am. You feel like you're part of a secret club. It's well worth it, just for that fact.

i love dennys cause its cheap and really filling. i always get the build your own grand slam (i think its called) and choose my own things like pancakes, eggs turkey bacon and hashed browns! love it! they got super friendly staff too.

My gf and I went on a Sunday morning around 10:45am, were told 5 min. wait for a table and 15min for food. Well, table did only take about 3 min, but took server 10 min to take drink order, 5 min to come back. Server then took food order and breaky took 30 min (I set a timer) to get to table, both of our bacon was cold, my oatmeal had a nice film over it and her eggs were still raw and potatoes were mushy. I don't write reviews often, but this place is definitely off our restaurant choices.

Had a free birthday meal here. I accidentally made the mistake of telling the waitress that I was excited to have a free birthday meal. I'm not sure if she interpreted that to mean that I would be leaving a small tip though, but the service was unusually slow...

The Food Guy Of Calgary

So so. First of all, its frickin' Dennys. You honestly can't expect much, can you? Anyways, this location does have good service. The food usually comes out quick. Although it can be luke warm when it gets to you. But like I said, it's Dennys. If you dont like it, try Rickys. I think youll then learn to appreciate this place for what it is.

This dinner (a few nights ago) literally made me cry. I guess it's my own fault for not complaining, but I was just too embarrassed to be seen crying over my meal, so I shut my mouth, ate it, and silently vowed to never return. This location has peed me off every time in some way or another, but my husband insists we go there for some unknown reason. So on this particular night, I ordered the Cali Jack Turkey Burger. Awful, awful, AWFUL!! The bun AND the "turkey" patty literally CRUMBLED to bits; I had to eat the mess with a teaspoon. And there was NO jack cheese on there at all, and only two chunks (not even slices) of avocado, plus they were super stingy on the lettuce and chipotle sauce. Oh, and my order of gravy was only about 3 tablespoon's worth, but I must say that it was the tastiest part of my dinner; VERY surprised it wasn't watered down. Anyways, they USED TO give at least 1/4 cup portion of gravy for a side order. Pretty effin' sad all around how this Denny's continues to slip more and more with every visit. Honest to God, my husband can go solo next time, and I will go hit the Burger King down the street.

Oh and if you order water you only get midget cups at this location. What a joke. I told my husband I am never returning to this location. -----16 Jul, 2013----- I got the simple bacon avocado wrap and it was made awful. Only place that is great without fail is the McKnight location.

Denny's is crowfoot is HORRIBLE. Waited for my food for half an hour then they forgot about my boyfriends better for you breakfast wrap and after another 25 minutes he finally gets it and its runny and he didn't want pico de gallo on it and sure as hell it's on there. Waitress was nice but DEFINITELY needs more training.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Me and my friends came here around 1 am, the server was an idiot. He said he was too lazy to get us our milkshakes, took forever to do anything and kept saying he was lazy. Never will return got free coupons for meals for the motel village one and the kitchen girl was picking her nose. Disgusting

Went to eat with a couple friends and our table had ordered 2 milkshakes. Our server rolls his eyes, say they "may take awhile because he was 'lazy' " I had asked for a side of cesar salad and he basically threw it on the table. There was just dressing, and lettuce. I had to ask for some parm or croutons.. and his response was " did you want that on it?" .. Didn't think I had to specify what went on a cesar salad... besides the salad the food was great. Terrible service though, no one wants to hear how your lazy as a customer.

Counter is awful. Denny' was crowded so I offered to sit at the counter. Unbeknownst to me the waiters at this restaurant are required to put all the dirty dishes from the whole restaurant in buckets under the counter (about 18 " away). So as I tried to have breakfast I was constantly bombarded with the sight and smells of garbage. In addition to being disgusting, it seems to be a terribly inefficient system. Basically the dirty dishes and garbage were moved 4x - from the tables to the bins, from the bins to buss boys trolleys, from the trolley to the kitchen, and then I assume to the washing machines. Should this not all be done in one step? Sad actually, as the staff know it is a bad system and are very nice people who clearly are trying to do a good job. Whoever manages this place needs to change the above as it clearly takes up time and is hard on everyone - clients, waiters, buss boys,

What a joke. First waiting at door listening to the owner complaining about something. Then final was seated staring at the washroom. And to to it of no services after waiting for over 5 min. No coffee no water. Got up and left and the poor excuse of owner was still complaining.

Props to the only man working. My girlfriend and I came to this dennys at about 12am one night for a late dinner. We were first greeted by a girl sitting at a table who i assume works there saying "ugh why is it so busy tonight", then this huge lady who was the manager got up from the table to give us menus, the place was packed and this poor guy was running around by himself to get everything done while she sat at her table. When we went up to pay she snatched the bill from the guy and told him to go do something.. i said to her she had an amazing server working and she replied with " yeah i didn't do anything so i could see if he could handle it" he had been working there 2 months so.. what..? very disappointing.. that lady should not be in management

Worse experience. This Crowfoot location is horrible. I admit we were told it would 15 to 35 minutes for our food to come out so we waited but we did not see our server at all until it was 35 minutes later and he came by to apologize for the delay. The waiter then argued with us saying according to the ticket it was only 31 minutes. Then the manager seeing us upset finally came over and told us it would be another 3 to 5 minutes. 7 minutes later we stood to go and cancel our order. We just wanted to pay for the drinks and go. When we did this they began arguing with us about leaving. They then told the cooks to get our food out. Finally food started to arrive in pieces not all was quite done. As we are finishing up we saw one of the hosts wiping the tables and he pushed the food on to the floor. He then noticed that I saw him and he just chuckled.

Understaffed. I have always liked going to Denny's and have never really expected to have fantastic service but there was one server and a hostess working, my party had to wait 10 minutes before we got served. Our food came out fast and was correct but the server never came to see if we needed refills or anything at all and we had to go get our own bill after he walked by us four times without saying a thing. Going during the day is always a better option than at night as you will have better service.

Day staff is better than evening/night/late night staff. I come here about once a month and hubby is here once a week. Food is generally good when we are here during the mornings for breakfast or brunch. I usually order the bacon avocado wrap and hubby usually orders the grand slam breakfast. Never had a problem with the meals during that time of day, but the same meals were terrible when we go in the evenings/nights/late nights. Consistancy is a huge issue during different time of the day.

B - List. Good family breakfast dinner. Food quality is ok. Portions tend to be somewhat on the larger side but not always generous. Service is relatively fast and friendly. Weekends are very busy and lineups are a possibility. Prices have moved higher with their new menu. Compared to US breakfast places, prices at breakfast establishments north of the 49th are expensive. Ordering off the menu is not always a good deal. Two small eggs and toast will set you back $7.00 and leave you hungry. In the US for a buck and a half more you can get an omlette that will sink a battleship. But again, this is Calgary, where you can go through $100 bucks in a few minutes. Dennys - It is what it is.

Good Location. This is one of the good locations, although they all are pretty good and not much seperates them from the other. They always put out good food and good service, have not yet left dissapointed.
