We ordered in person and ate at their tables outside. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious, I would say it was spicy. I loved the fries they looked freshly cut and were perfectly fried. My husband got a four piece and it came room temperature, it might have been good but he was too disappointed with the temperature to say for sure.

We visited the Cluck N Cleaver location in the Beltline. This is a pickup location only and parking can be a bit of a challenge. We each got the Mother Clucker sandwich and headed back to our car to eat as it is February and it's cold in Calgary. When we opened the container we were a little disappointed on the size of the chicken sandwich based on the price, but when it comes to flavour, you can not go wrong. The heat with just a touch of sweet and the crunch of the slaw was top notch. We opted for just plain mayo versus their blue cheese mayo so I can not comment on how that flavour combo would be, but if you're looking for flavour the Cluck N Cleaver can not be beat. Since we only had the sandwich, I can not comment on how their sides taste...maybe next time.

This is probably the best Chicken we have had in a while. It is now one of our favourite take outs. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like a nice wholes some "home style" chicken meal , with a great selection of salads. The potato salad probably has some room for improvement, but over all great take out.

Wanted to try this place as I heard so many good things, and also wanted to support local and family owned. I was disappointed the chicken was crispy I’ll give them that. But i didn’t enjoy the taste, it reminded me of gold fish cheese snacks. And the biscuits were as solid as a rock and not edible. How could you serve people rock hard biscuits? So disappointed.

Cashier made my sandwich without gloves or washing hands after touching the screen. Sanitary condition could be a problem.
The combination with blue cheese mayo is interesting and tasty. Only if you don’t mind blue cheese. They do have regular chicken sandwich. The hot sauce on my chicken is tasted like Frank’s sauce based.

Excellent food and great value! Don’t settle for some chain fried chicken- cluck and cleaver is far superior quality at still affordable prices. The chicken pieces are big and meaty and stay crispy even the second day. The salads are fresh and the gravy is amazing! Always a nice treat to visit cluck and cleaver!
