I would think this is the BEST Shawarma for me! It was very authentic and delicious indeed. The meat were prepared and cooked just so great. If I didn’t stop my son, he could probably eat the whole plate! OMG! So tasty. The Baklava was sweet and juicy! The restaurant was spacious, clean, and comfort
Truly next level food. The best middle eastern in Calgary bar none. The falafel melts in your mouth. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is bursting with flavor. Will definitely be back!!!
By far THE BEST shawarma ever! I grew up in the Middle East and have lived in USA for 20+ years and this place has food that is as close to authentic Middle Eastern as it can get. No place in USA comes close to Pita Grill’s shawarmas! We came back to Canada after 4 years and first stop was PITA GRIL
Pita grill is simply the best Donair/Kebab shop in the city, and has been for years. Even now that we live about a 15-minute drive away, this is the only place we will eat for this style of food. Nothing around us compares nor does any other Donair shop in town.

Food is fresh daily and prepared with authenticity. Modern look with traditional food - yummy! So clean and everyone is so friendly; the store is a local gem! If you want the best kabobs, platers, salads, burgers etc, and a bang for your buck, this place is a must try!
Awesome kafta kebab over rice! Next time I visit Calgary I will have this again. Very flavorful and filling. The hummus was smooth and tasty.
