Fabulous food, great service every time we visit.
Really good food just didn’t like the special fried rice because it was drenched in soy sauce. Other than that the food is on the salty side but we finally found a good Chinese place that delivers.
Ordered take out from here today, food came really hot and fresh ordered a meal for one and a starter size dumplings. The meal came with a spring roll, chicken fried rice, ginger beef, and mixed vegetables. Really Enjoyed the dumplings. will be ordering from here again! The meal for one was a big sized portion, enough for two people. Ordered through skip the dishes.
Mighty Mango always churns out consistently good food. Quality dishes made fresh and with care. Dining in or take out, you can't go wrong. Service is always up to standards and prices are typical for most good chinese.
Current owners are extremely pleasant and attentive. I periodically order from here and the food is reliably fresh and made quickly, though some dishes are occasionally on the bland side. They also have some more authentic selections not normally available from Western style Chinese restaurants.

We tried them for the first time on New Year's Eve. It was the best we ever had. It was promptly done. Tasted great by all.
"New" Mighty Mango might be better than old!. I've always loved this place, good solid Chinese food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Ordered the Hot and Sour soup, Ginger Beef, Szechuan Shanghai noodles, and Salt and Pepper Chicken.
Hot and Sour soup was perfect, so many places screw it up.
Ginger beef was tender with good sized meat
Szechuan noodles were very delicious, even had them for breakfast and lunch today
Salt and Pepper Chicken dough was absolutely amazing.
Highly recommend going here if you like Chinese Food, IMHO the best in South Calgary if not all of Calgary. Used to drive from Airdrie to get it, and was a little worried about the renos, but nothing changed about the food it's absolutely stellar. Was dead when I went there, so everybody should go and get them bumping again!!
Good Taste. Good Value. Two of us ate the $8.95 lunch specials. The side order of spring rolls were hot and tasty. The ginger beef and mixed vegetable plate I had was nicely done and the plate was full. Everything served got a passing grade. The restaurant itself is clean and pleasantly decorated and service was prompt and friendly. What's not to like?

New management, great decor, still great food. Mighty Mango recently got handed over to new management from the previous Thai & Chinese cuisine style owners (which took over earlier this year from the owners who ran it for over ten years). Among some of the various changes, the open dining room has undergone major renovations and is now very sleek and modern with gold and dark brown hues. The menu is back to specializing in Chinese cuisine and the prices are actually cheaper!
We ordered the dinner for two which included spring rolls, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork, ginger beef, and vegetables for just less than $30. The portion sizes were very generous and we definitely had enough leftover for two lunches the next day. The food was very tasty and filling. I loved the way they made the mixed vegetables. The sauce had some garlic in it and tasted fantastic! Our waitress was also very attentive and friendly and ensured everything was to our liking.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience and loved the great food at great prices. I will definitely come back and try the other dishes they offer!
Very good Peking style Chinese, 8 out of 10. Loved the house tried rice, chicken chow mein, and the ginger beef was great. Will visit again to try the Thai.
Delicious curry!. This restaurant has changed management since February of this year. I was skeptical at first because I've been an old customer of Mighty Mango for years, but our experience was absolutely wonderful!
The inside is newly renovated and so has the menu. Mighty Mango has hired a Thai chef with 10+ years of experience, and has also improved their Chinese dishes! The calamari is to die for. It was so easy to chew and the curries go hand-in-hand with Mighty's coconut rice. The amount of coconut rice wasn't a lot for $2.25 but I could actually TASTE the coconut.
Worth every penny!
First time dining at Mighty Mango last night. They just renovated and changed the menu to include Thai dishes, which is what prompted me to go.. I was impressed! My green curry prawns were presented in a large silver bowl and smelled amazing. It tasted just as good as the more upscale Thai restaurants I've been to. At $17 for the dish I was glad to see there was a generous serving of prawns. They were large and meaty, and the vegetables were delicious as well (I've never had asparagus in a Thai curry before). I asked for mild but the dish was HOT. Our waitress brought me a plate of sliced cucumbers which helped with the heat. I think my only complaint is the servings of rice here are very small. $2.25 for a tiny bowl of coconut rice. Maybe I'm spoiled because I grew up in Winnipeg and you never pay extra for rice with your meal at a Thai restaurant. Overall a very good experience. Nice staff, very clean inside. Looking forward to trying more of the dishes.
Go for the Thai. Chinese food was good but the menu lists so many thai dishes to try
My lunch special was excellent, 2 dishes plus fried rice for $9.50
But I will come back for the thai curries
The food is always good, i have tried plenty of other Chinese food places and was always disappointed..i was about to give up on the cuisine all together but glad i gave mighty mango a shot! I order from there at least twice a month and always left happy with a full tummy! Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Such good food!! Currently sitting in the restaurant enjoying an amazing meal and had to stop myself from eating and write this review. The food is flavorful and portion sizes are SO BIG, not to mention the service is prompt and welcoming! Can't believe I haven't tried Mighty Mango before. 10/10 Highly recommended!

- Large Wonton Soup (great size)
- Ginger Beef (with extra sauce): Yum!
Beef was soft & tender NOT tough & chewy like jerky. Sauce has a nice kick to it and isn't too sweet.
Great tasting food and well portioned out. My favorite from them is their chicken and cream corn soup. They BBQ pork with honey sauce was amazing as well.
Pleasantly surprised! Dumplings were great and the Pad Thai was the best I had had in years!
