We LOVE Crispy Crust!!!! Drive 1/2 hour from Turner Valley for pick up. Which works well cause it takes 30 min. to cook! ! Best pizza anywhere.. Louie - thank you for the Caesar salad tonight it was excellent! So nice to find some one that actually MAKES their own dressing!!! Soooooo good!

Absolutely the best pizza in the City. And I've have tried many places over the years. Ingredients are always fresh and the pizza dough and sauce are phenomenal. My youngest son HATES pizza sauce from anywhere else but Crispy Crust.

It's the best pizza with the best crust we drive all the way from Newbrighton to get pizza and the cheese bread is to die for . Even in our poorer money times we splurge to come there.

Delicious! This pizza is sooooo good. The homemade sauce and the crispy crust. The caesar salad is really good too. They make the dressing and it has big crispy croutons in it.
I just moved from BC and read reviews on pizza and crispy crust had great reviews. I tried the Hawaiian, pepperoni and bread sticks... it was awesome, crust was still crispy after 25 min drive home, the pizza was great, sauce homemade and tasted fresh and delicious. Great toppings and the cheese bread was unbelievably awesome! I recommend this place if you want pizza that tastes like someone has pride in their work and makes great pizza.

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY. No question. Always delicious, and very friendly staff. It's the kind of pizza you would drive across the city in rush hour traffic for. Just sayin'.

First time eating CrispyCrust and loved it! Hot ham was fantastic, loved the crust and sauce....owner was terrific, friendly young man. Can't believe we have not been there before. We enjoyed will be back!!!
We ordered pizza from this place last night partially based on the reviews on this site. I'm glad we did. We really wanted the delicious pizza at our neighbourhood pub but since it isn't family friendly, we can no longer go there for dinner since having a baby. The pizza from this place is as good- or maybe even a little tastier. There are tons of toppings, the crust was crispy and chewy and the sauce was really good. If the prices seem a little higher than some- it's worth it for the amount of "stuff" you get on your pizza. We will be ordering from here again for sure!
I have had a favorite pizza place for 12 years but after trying the #17 at Crispy Crust, we are parting ways.
This is one of the best pizza I have ever had and I have has pizza all over North America. A deep dish crust baked to perfection loaded with fresh toppings and just the right spicy factor in the sauce. Bravissimo.
It even passes the difficult "morning after" test. :)

This is the best pizza joint in the city. I moved to this area last year but have known about this place through a colleague. When I saw the reviews I knew I had to try it out. It's by far the best pizza in Calgary. They are generous with their toppings and you get 20% off if you do pick up. I'm originally from Regina and I would compare their pizzas to Houston Pizza.
This place is spectacular. Louie, the owner, is great and he will make sure your pizza is right every time. I personally love the spaghetti, but my boyfriend loves the all the trimmings pizza and it basically has everything you can imagine on it.
Art in a box. I have visited Crispy Crust on 3 occasions now and have to say I commend Louie for such a delicious pizza. Rich with toppings, a crust that is crispy and cheesy and an overall flavour that makes you slow down and savour the moment.
You make an amazing pizza and hope to see a little franchise opening up one day.

Fantastic. After reading the amazing reviews here, we decided to give this neighbourhood place a shot. We tried the #18 and picked it up. Great quality ingredients, incredibly friendly owner and fast service. We've found a new favorite pizza place in the SW.
Worth the drive!. Live 1/2 hr south of the city and found this Pizza is the best around. We have at least 6 pizza places within 5 minutes from our house. Totally worth the drive. Sauce and crust are the bomb. Love it.

Gluten free crust is to die for. As someone who's celiac, it's hard to find a good GF pizza. This pizza is the best gluten free pizza in town. Worth the drive for me, highly recommend!

Like, but only for pick up. Literally eating this pizza now. It is great! Very different than what I'm used to, but yummy. Was a 15 minute drive, but worth it! I wouldn't order delivery, because it is 20% cheaper to pick up. I'd get again, but would like to try more places a bit closer.

Best pizza in Calgary. Last night I had my favourite, the barbecued chicken, and it was excellent. The ingredients always tastes fresh and the crust is fantastic. I feel so lucky to have this gem in my community.
New favorite pizza worth the short drive from home. After 15 years of ordering from another place, thought I would try Crispy Crust. I can truly say this is the best pizza I have ever eaten in Calgary. Louie takes pride in his work and it shows. His mom's homemade Baklava is also truly exceptional.

Delicious pizza with excellent crust and fantastic sauce, but they could've been more generous with the toppings. I heard that if the younger guy is working, he loads it up. I guess the older guy was on, but it was still a damn memorable pie if I do say so myself.
HOLY SMOKES. Our family orders pizza once a week from various places. After ordering from Crispy Crust it is hard to go elsewhere. Three weeks in a row and the pizza only gets better and better. I highly recommend this place.
Best Pizza in the 'Burbs. Delicious! More toppings & cheese than I've seen on typical chain pizzeria fare - notably better tasting, too. True to to the name, the crust is crispy.
The owner is very friendly and readily took the time to discuss menu questions make recommendations at the first visit. When asked, he suggested 'All The Trimmings' and that is now our go-to pizza when phoning for take-out. The Greek salad is tasty and loaded with feta. The Cesar salad is more typical and I order it around half the time I do pick-up.
Priced higher than typical chain pizzerias but worth it to me as the pizza is an easy step up from typical.
One of the best pies I had in a while, place is clean which is one of the most important things, I have walked out of many dirty places, good work Crispy Crust.
The crust and cheese were good, but we wanted pepperoni and they seem to use some type of salami or deli meat that definitely is not your traditional pepperoni. If they fixed that, it would be awesome!
Mmmmmm Za!. Wow this is good pizza! Its a nice thick crispy crust with flavour full sauce. The Cheese is thick but not to greasy. yummy. Easily one of my top ten.

Great pizza.... I tried Crispy Crust last night for the first time. The owner, Louis, was very friendly and accommodating with my substitution request. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and my order was confirmed. When I walked in, Louis was washing his hands (and nobody else was there!). In other words, hygiene and cleanliness is standard practice at this establishment. I was immediately impressed. The place was very, very clean. For those waiting to pick-up their order, there is a selection of magazines to read or a TV to watch.
I waited only a minute or two for my pizzas to be sliced and boxed and I was soon on my way. We ate so well last night. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The food was delicious. I cannot say how pleased we are to be only one block away from this fine pizzeria. I had better join a gym, I am going to gain weight - I just know it! Thanks Louis - Awesome food.
UPDATE - 14 May, 2012.
Tried Louis' pizza again tonight. We had the Hawaiian. Just like last time, it was hot, delicious and totally worth it. So, our first time wasn't just a one-off deal. Louis came through for us again. We LOVE this place...we're hooked! Thanks Louis.

Yes they have amazing pizza... but have you tried their LASAGNA??. Growing up in Woodbine, amazing pizza (and Chinese food) was an institution. Since turning into Cripy Crust, the pizza is better than ever, always crisp and chewy, with delicious fresh toppings and tasty cheese combinations.
But their lasagna? TO DIE FOR. I'm not sure what 'special' ingediant they use, but it is always piping hot, with loads of meat and noodles, in a sauce that tastes a little like cinnamon or cloves.... it is a fresh twist on an old favorite, and now a favorite of mine! Last time we tried to order it, they had just sold out!!

Delicious sauce and homemade spanakopitas. Louie, the owner, has created a pizzeria serving delicious pizzas and Greek inspired dishes influenced by his family. He offers great incentives for picking up your own order. It's a neighborhood gem for good food.
The spanakopitas are handmade by his mom and cooked perfectly. The pizza sauce stands out and is a perfect match to the crust. Also have had the chunky Greek salad marinated just right.

Good Pizza. Being from a city were there are many a great pizzas, we've been having trouble finding great pizzas in Calgary. Is has good pizza and we will probably return for more.

A bit out of the way but was worth it. We got the cheese pizza and it was just as cheesy as promised. The layer of crispy cheese on top really made this pizza stand out. Would recommend!

This place has been mentioned a ton on /r/Calgary as one of the better pizza spots in the city, but it's an area of town I'm rarely in. But when I was down there recently, I made sure to order up a pie from Crispy Crust...and I absolutely see why folks are raving about it.
Phenomenal flavour...and a perfectly crispy crust (hence the name, I'm guessing). Also very friendly staff, and a nice little dining area with some good looking beer options.
Sadly, I probably won't be eating here often...but whenever I'm in the area, I'll do my best to pop in.
Drove 36 minutes from the northwest to try this local gem, and it did not disappoint. The crust was delicious, as the name implies, and the pizza was stuffed with cheese. The owner is a kind gentleman. Props to him and his team for bringing in a distinct, flavoursome pizza to Calgary. I'm certain I'll return👍🏼🧀
They might be far from where I live, but it doesn't stop me from driving over half an hour to get this pizza! They have the perfect crust! Thus the name 🤣 I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already! I usually get two mediums for my friend and I and it is more than enough. 😋😋
