Amazing experience. If this is what alternative health care feels like give me more! Nancy made me feel like a like a Queen serving me tea while I waited. I feel hopeful that what 5 doctors could not solve Tracy will have solved in no time. Thank you again Ladies, just loved it.

Went in for a pap and it was a lovely experience! The clinic is nicely decorated and comfortable. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and the front end staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I had Dr. J I believe.. (sorry I forget her name!) and she was training a student. Both had great bedside manner and made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it could have been. They were thorough, they listened well, and very professional. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you all! <3

Im not from Calgary, but I'd definitely recommend this place to my wife if I was. I happened to fall outside their office yesterday and everyone inside came running. They were exceptionally caring and offered to check me out. A+ people here for sure. Went to hospital later and turns out broke my foot. Nice to know there are still people like the staff here. If your a woman looking for health services, I'd be willing to bet this would be the place to go.

I have been contemplating leaving a review for quite some time. Although some women at the clinic were lovely I had some experiences that made me feel very disrespected. Appointments getting canceled without informing me and gaslighting when I was told information and then they denied it later on.

I actually love this place, I have been to a lot of places for laser hair removal, facials etc. And honestly these ladies are the absolute best. You feel so at home, everyone has been warm and welcoming and make you feel secure. Big shout out to Nancy who I’ve seen a few times now and really enjoy my visits with her every time, I actually look forward to seeing her! I met Jane tonight who also an amazing lady! They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and just awesome. I came here because I bought a card from a wedding show and just figured it was a good deal and honestly they won me completely over. I am now getting my legs lasted there and plan to stay here. Thank you ladies for everything you do and the ladies you are, I appreciate you!

This is Amazing. Ladies you have to come here. Tracey McGowan took really good care of me and my women's worries. Every thing is go through my AB Health Care Card. I got my PAP-Smear checked up and all about deep lady health check up. No more needed for my Family Doctor.

I seriously caution anyone considering purchasing services from this business. I attended for an initial health appointment early in 2020 and was charged up front for services they did not fully provide; my follow-up appointments were cancelled repeatedly over the next few months with short notice (after I had already taken time off work) until I gave up and went elsewhere. Emily-Rose promised a partial refund for the service they did not deliver, which would have been excellent, however I did not receive the amount I was owed. I called them many times in November and December 2020 to get help with the accessing my refund. I gave up trying because they don't answer their phone, or return messages or emails, and I am still waiting for a response and it is February 2021 which is nearly a year since I first set foot in their doors. Their website says the business is open, but it is impossible to reach them. I am skeptical whether they will one day refund me as promised. This has been an ongoing hassle that could have been solved had they been upfront to say that they couldn't deliver on the services they advertised and charged me for; I feel they were dishonest about the situation. I recommend against using this business for services as you may be costing yourself time and money (and possibly your health) and there are plenty of other reputable options in Calgary that have communicated in a timely manner throughout the pandemic regarding their hours and open status. I felt Emily-Rose were most interested in getting my money up front without regard to follow-through. They do not appear to update their website as they are still advertising they are open but have been literally unreachable for the past several months and have been failed to resolve this matter in a respectful way. I am astonished they are still selling giftcards online (per a previous reviewer) given no one seems to work there. This is unethical and swindles customers of their money.

I visited Tracey for a full physical check up and was blown away by her amazing bedside manner. She was inquisitive and really listened to my concerns, questions, and thoughts about my health. The physical itself very was comfortable and I did not once feel like I was being judged. Tracey made my experience, pleasant and enjoyable. She made me feel like we can figure out what is going on and how to best support making my health better. I feel happy and optimistic, so, thank you Tracey and staff for making me feel so welcomed and cared for!
