Sadly at start of Covid-19 they shut down for good. Past few years they been struggling due to Calgary recent downturn. Covid-19 was just the final straw.

The restaurant and seating are basic, but the pho here is solid. Noodles are cooked just enough and the beef is cut into easy to eat, bite sized pieces. Pho Pasteur is quite the experience; a cash only, little hole in the wall, but the food is absolutely delicious. If you like noodle soup, make some time for this place. I would bet money that you won't regret it.
