Pho Pasteur Saigon Restaurant - Calgary - Photo album

This Vietnamese restaurant in downtown of Calgary offer the pho (rice noodle with beef or seafood broth), good bun (rice vermicelli with various grilld meat, spring roll, and vegetables), and really delicious spring roll. And servers were kind. The taste was quite good and quantity was also generou
Sadly at start of Covid-19 they shut down for good. Past few years they been struggling due to Calgary recent downturn. Covid-19 was just the final straw. It was a great place for a hot bowl of Pho. Best in the city in my opinion. The service was friendly and great price too. I will miss this place
The restaurant and seating are basic, but the pho here is solid. Noodles are cooked just enough and the beef is cut into easy to eat, bite sized pieces. As usual, it comes with a side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lime wedges. Service was quick but minimal. A satisfying and enjoyable meal on a ch

Overall, this is a nice pla

Quite possibly the best Vietnamese place in downtown, and maybe the best I've ate at in Calgary. Lightspeed service, an extensive but affordable menu (sub $10 prices on most items), and lots of flavour. Excellent spring rolls. Note that this place accepts cash only. Also note that to pay, you'll nee
