Industrial decor, the way they set up the dozens of taps so you can see where they go. I just wish I could try the samplers of beer! At least they have a nice selection of gluten free beers. It’s actually the biggest selection out of all the restaurants I’ve been in so far. The food was also enjoyable. I’ve brought friends along and even had a mother son date and he loved it too

The Craft Beer Market was as expected. Many choices of beverages to choose from, varied food menu and the atmosphere was inviting. The food was delicious, the employees were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the Strawberry Smash beverage, it was quite delicious. They have a elevator to go to the lower floor to use the washroom facilities.

Took a while for our waitress to even come greet us. She was very kind after initial introduction. The food was delicious but there wasn't an item on the menu that was under 16$ for apps or 21$ for sandwiches. Poutine cost me 16plus 5.50 for pulled pork making it 21.50. Same for the chicken sandwich. Beers were at least 8$ a glass. That's not a pint just a glass. Overall good experience just not an every day kinda place.

The wife and I came in for a meal and some drinks.
The food was great and pretty reasonably priced service was prompt and our food order came out very quickly. Portions just seem a little on the small side.
My only issues was with the beer I was served. My first beer was poured about an inch below the rim of the glass. A proper beer should be to the rim. I know it can be done as both our waters were poured to the rim.
My second beer had about 2 inches of foam in the glass and at least another inch of foam that was above the rim. Pretty big deal for a beer market to have these inconsistencies with serving beer.
Overall it was a good experience and I would go back again.

A huge selection of gluten free options. Knowledgeable , friendly staff.clean and comfortable. Lots of room for a dinner party to celebrate just about anything.
Bri was wondering on the phone and in person. Thank you, for the wonderful meal. My daughter and I were kept safe and did not have to worry about the process of how are food was prepared.

Service was great but brunch was a disappointment. The coffee was undrinkable. Our server got us new ones but it tasted the same so we didn’t bother trying again as it wasn’t her fault. My 7 year old wasn’t happy that his eggs Benedict had a hard boiled egg lol. Skip the brunch menu and order a beer and you’ll be happy!

After eating at the downtown location and having a great experience, I was excited to try this one...but boy was I super disappointed. For the 1.5hrs we were there we got served one drink.
We went in to watch the nfl and planned to order food, and drinks for the entirety of the game. We were seated ordered a beer and a coke, the girl forgot our order as she left the table, so we had to remind her. We then ordered food and that is where it went downhill.
Our food was brought to the table and the server left as soon as the trays hit the table, never once asking if we needed anything etc. We were given our meals without any cutlery...I had a salad as my side...problem one. I also ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap...don't do this it was a tiny, wilted lettuce leaf on each side that made it impossible to eat as a burger.
My partner and I then sat for our entire meal with empty glasses and not a single staff member in sight to order drinks, no one checked on us or our food. Our trays then sat empty on the table for a prolonged period of time before our server finally showed up...we asked for the bill and it took a further 15mins to pay as our server once again disappeared. We had ordered happy hour food specials but were charged full price, we didn't fight it as we just wanted out of the place.
So after overpaying for our meal, leaving mid-game and extremely thirsty, we went home...a truly awful dining experience.

Positives: location, decor, 120+ beers on tap, food was good, serving staff were mostly attentive and very friendly.
Negatives: Serving staff could use more training on the beer, virtually all the rotating taps were sold out (hasn't even been open a week.. �), bartenders need to learn how to properly pour a beer - our whole table got short pour after short pour, even after mentioning it to our server.
Probably just first week growing pains, so I'll return again to see if they've made any adjustments.

Service was a little slow but for Family day they were very busy. I have special dietary needs and they were very accommodating to me. The manager came up and explained the options to me. The gluten free pizza crust was the best I've had so far. Would have been 5 stars except for the little slow service.

Well I only can rate Craft on the service. 1 Star because we were seated in a timely fashion. 0 stars because at least 10 mins later we were never even acknowledged by a server. I returned the menus to the hostess who said thanks, I then stated I was returning them cause no one served us.

Although the bar was crazy busy we were able to find a spot to sit at the bar. Bartenders/wait staff were very friendly and funny. The food didn't take nearly as long as I thought it might given the crowd, and it was great! Thanks for an enjoyable evening!

After a decent lunch earlier in the week we thought we'd go back for the brunch on Sunday. We were told a 10-15 minute wait and were fine with that. We got seated very close to their estimate, and then sat for 25 minutes with our menus, no water, no acknowledgement that we even were there all the while being ignored by staff all around us. We tried to wave down wait staff and they never made eye contact and were deaf to our numerous excuse me's. The only time we were acknowledged in fact was when the woman that sat us at our table said "Have a nice day" 25 minutes later when we walked out the door. Understandable if you had been slammed but three wait staff were standing at the front desk as we left.

I planned my husbands surprise 40th 'Beer n Brunch' there this morning! There were 36 of us from ages 3 months to 90 years old and we all had an excellent experience.
We had a semi private area at the back and were able to set it up how we wanted and decorate it plus bring our birthday cake.
We experienced great service and delicious food, our servers did great considering the size of our group. No ones order was forgot, messed up or came cold!! Score in a group our size!!!
The managers who I dealt with were incredibly professional and helpful!
I have been a couple of times just with the girls and also had a good experience but today was great!

I meet with a few (9) old buddies for lunch. We are retired/ retiring businessmen and were impressed with the service and quality of food. Our server was very engaging and friendly. This is our second time at this location and the group will continue to meet here. Thank you for a great experience

Really liked the decor. Looking forward to next summer when they open the garage doors. The music was a little loud but not bad enough to complain. The menu had a nice selection. The desserts looked spectacular if I had room. The manager came over to chat with us when there was a problem with one of the orders. Appreciated the extra attention. Well done.

This location is amazing!!! Totally accessible for those in wheelchairs and other disabilities. They have adjustable tables that can go up and down to fit you and an elevator to go up to the second floor!! Never eaten in the upstairs of a restaurant with my crew before!!

I ordered the coconut curry shrimp bowl. It was very bland. I ate it because I was hungry but I was disappointed. That dish needs work. My mother had the spaghetti bolognese and it was tasty. The service was very good even though it was quite busy.
