It's a typical pub in a hotel... pricey for what you get. 17.00 for a small plate of wings is not great value... the staff are friendly enough, but service was a bit slow. Pretty obvious that they live off the captive hotel audience.

Subpar service. Mediocre food. Inconsistent prices. Would not recommend.

Love this place!, food is outstanding and service extraordinary, I had a great time. Highly recommend it.
Beef deep sandwich was delicious, tender beef delicious flavor, the mushrooms were a fantastic touch. Poutine was incredible, crispy thin fries and rich gravy. And the creme brulee was to die for, creamy and very tasty.
This two guys made my night very memorable, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Stayed at the hotel several times for different reasons, this restaurant/bar located at the Sheraton is awesome, fantastic food, impeccable service, and vibe just right!! Wings are VERY good, all food is served fresh and portions are large, lots of seating and VLT's.
Location isn't great, quite far from downtown and located very close to Forest Lawn which is known to be the "ghetto" of Calgary, I had no problems and the hotel itself is quite high end.
Great experience overall and I would definitely return to this pub even if not staying at the hotel!

Service in Henry’s pub(Sheraton Cavaliers Pub) was not good. When I entered the pub I waited for service A bit long and had to approach staff member to get a glass of wine after and so on. I asked to bring another after finishing my first one it took longer than expected(the pub was not busy, maybe eight people in total). Service attendant was focused on a particular table with of two gentlemen. When I received my bill I was a little upset to find out they charge for a glass(9 once) of house red wine was $18.00. Competitors close by are much less. For example Joey’s, Earls, Jets lounge, Rics Grill $3.00 dollars to $4.00 dollars less a glass. That’s a big difference? Do the percentage. This has not been my first experience similar to visiting this establishment but it will be my last. It’s a pub, service should be prompt and prices should not reflect a high end restaurant. Just saying.

Couldn't have asked for much more in a hotel pub. Staff was great, small but decent drink selection and food was good. Will return.

Arrived in this establishment after arriving from a long trip moody and hungry. The staff took care of me instantly and made great suggestions. End up having the wings they were very good. The waitress had been working there for 30 years do that says something. Lots of locals in the hotel based bar for ygst is s good sign.

Food was good even though it took a long time to get wings and a salad. Waitress explained they had a big order come in just before me. The wings turned out to be very good the ceaser salad was good as well but servered in a dish that was too small so some spilled out. Nice neighbourhood pub feel would go back if I was in the area.

Bad Pub Food. Order fish and chips. Used to be hand battered fish with steak fries. Received prepackaged fish like the kind you buy in the grocery store that we could have made at home for way less money. Fries were the skinny mccains and tasteless. No carrot or celery sticks with dip. Price was higher than before with less quality food.

Horrible waitress. A few of us decided to grab a drink and something to nibble on after my brothers wedding rehearsal in the hotel. The waitress was so rude to us!! Didn't say hi, didn't smile and she absolutely reeked of alcohol. She clearly had been drinking because every time she opened her mouth all we could smell was booze. She seemed pissed off that we weren't ordering a lot of drinks so she hardly came to our table to check on us. <br/>Our food wasn't that great, wings were over-fried and so were the chicken strips. It was overpriced, bad pub food.<br/><br/>After sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for our bill, the girl stopped coming to our table completely so we had to get up and go to the bar to pay. The place wasn't busy either, only a couple other tables.<br/><br/>We mentioned our brother was getting married and she asks "IS HE MARRYING A WOMAN?" How inappropriate!!!! Then she goes on to tell us that "just the other day a couple of dudes were in here gettin' married" and she "didn't even know that was legal here."<br/><br/>We paid and left.<br/><br/>The next day we noticed that she totally ripped us off. She put over $66 onto the credit card but our bill was only $54 but since she never gave us our bill and did the credit card first, she conveniently hid the bill underneath the credit slip so we wouldn't notice until it was too late.<br/><br/><br/>Our visit to this lovely establishment was on July 5, 2013 at around 9pm

Awesome on Tuesday. Head up for the Beef Bourguinon. This is an amazing little dish at this pub.<br/><br/>Servers are super friendly, quick service, and always delicious!

Better options nearby. The food is below par pub food. The service was extremely slow. Credit to the poor girl working as she was the only server for the entire pub. I got much faster drink service in the lobby bar. Too bad it was so cold or I would have gone across the street to Joey's or Earl's.
