Omg we had our staff Christmas party there last night! Tracy and her staff looked after all 40 of us amazingly. Had a traditional Christmas turkey dinner cooked to perfections. Everyone’s portions were huge and food was perfect. We were all stuffed, made it hard to go drinking after but was worth it! Thank you so much for helping make our night so perfect!
I was in awe, as I walked into this restaurant the for the first time. Delightful created atmosphere, with great staff, and management. The food was incredibly good. I was so stuffed when I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake. WOW.... I'm in heaven!
Such a warm and welcoming environment! My boyfriend and I discovered this place the other night and enjoyed a delicious dinner with some wine and live music. The service was exceptional and the desserts were amazing as well. A tad on the pricier side but we still loved it! The burger was definitely not just any burger.... Unique and very tasty! �
Omg first time there the other day. Loved the set up and it was delicious. My husband had the bison burger and I had the XXX pizza. Honestly o me of the best meals we've had. Gourmet but without the outrageous prices. Will definitely be back.

ive eaten at cravings a few times , but this night was special as it was our staff Christmas dinner ,, the room was set up perfectly that everyone could see everyone else , the food was exceptional , I had the potatoe leek soup , and the turkey dinner was nailed to perfection ,, as for the staff ,
well Tracey worked her butt off and the wait staff were at our beck n call, anything needed or asked for was brought with out hesitation , on behalf of myself and my guest , thank you for a memorable night , and you bet ill be back

Have been to Cravings numerous times, including when it first opened. Every meal I've ordered has been fantastic. I have my favorites, like Beef & Barley soup and the salads but will try new items too. Even though I no longer live in Calgary, I love to go there if I'm in the city. Recommend this place to everyone who loves lots of choices for great food.

By far the best lobster roll I've ever had. We went there for a birthday and they were kind enough to give us a complimentary dessert. Love this place.

This is a cute spot that is similar to Sunterra. This spot great for meetings with friends, family or relaxed business meetings. It is a great spot to order food if you have to bring in a meal for an office. The deserts are a big, big hit. They do functions as well but you need to have the whole restaurant or have a section that is not private. This place is worth a visit!
I’ve had my eye on Cravings Market for a while. Probably since it opened quite a few years ago. Since I was in the mood for vegetarian and hubby steak, I choose a place which could accommodate both our desires. When we left our place, it was lightly snowing. More on that later. The restaurant has an interesting format. It’s laid out like a market with stations catering to different types of cuisine. For example, salad, stir fry main course and dessert. Each diner is issued a card. Walk up to the station, order, present the card. Servers will bring it to the table. Go right to the hostess stand to pay, no need to ask for the bill at the table. They also do take out.
Perfectly cooked fish with a nice ratatouille. Neat concept of ordering with cards & different cuisine areas. Dessert counter looks amazing - next time! (5/5)

Will defiantly go back but the food is over priced. And I find that there wasn't much flavour.
Make the portions smaller so people can have multiple of each type of food. Making more time spent at the restaurant!
Like the concept of this place where you are given a card to take up to the place of your choice (pizza, pasta, salad,etc) and then when your dish is done they bring it out to you. It saves the waitress from having to come around and ask if you know what you would like to order every 5 minutes. The food is good when it comes out, tastes fresh and is made fresh to order. Enjoyable atmosphere.
Enjoyable every single time! I have been to Cravings for many occasions from birthday dinners to date night with the wife and it's always excellent. The format at Cravings is different from your traditional restaurant and thats why they call it a market. They give a card assigned specifically to each guest and table and you take that card to the counter of wherever you choose to order. Salad bar, soup window, pizza/pasta window, the main grill counter and finish it off at the coffee/dessert bar. They take your order, scan the card and you go back to your table and wait for the server to bring it. The food quality has always impressed but the prices are definitely on the higher side.

It's been a couple of years since I have bee here. Came here to catch up with old coworkers, place was not busy and it was nice they just let us sit back, relax and chat without feeling a rush to eat and leave. The waitress was nice and came to check on our meals and give us refills. If you have never dined here, each person get their ordering card which you bring up to order with. They have different areas serving different types of food. You can get pasta, soup, salad, burger, starters and pan asia. Everything if cooked in front of you. Once your order, they swipe their card and they bring it to yor table. I had the JD Burger with Onion Rings. The bun with soft and nicely toasted, the JD bbq sauce and cheese was melted on the patty with Onion rings in between. The burger was seasoned well but I felt it was a little dry. There was tons of onions rings and was super hot and crispy. I didn't even finish up my rings and had to pack it up to go. My friend got the Cajun chicken wrap and it looked really good. Would have to try next time. They have delicious looking desserts at the front but I was too full at the end but definitely worth a look if you can fit it in.
Cravings market is a casual restaurant that features a variety of influences in its cooking. I have only been here for breakfast, but have heard good things about their lunch and dinners as well. The classic benedict was done nice and soft, and the muffin was toasted just right. The hash browns were were delicious as well, and the overall meal tasted quite light and didn't feel too overwhelming like breakfasts might typically be. The one thing I really enjoyed about Cravings is that it is a great option for large groups, as there is ample seating and they do take reservations as well. Definitely worth a try if you're craving something light and satisfying.
What a nice hidden place! Came here with a friend to dine on the patio. You get your own card and once seated you bring the card up to order at whichever station you want then go back to your table. Once the food is done it is delivered to you. When you pay you bring your card to the till. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share and thoroughly enjoyed everything. I will be back again!

Unique restaurant with large selection of different types of food. Pizza we tried was amazing.
It gets really busy over lunch, so make sure you reserve a table.
The pecan pie desert was bland, the tres leches cake was super yummy.
Inconsistent. We like the atmosphere, and go often. However, the food is inconsistent. My favorite has been the Portobella Stack, which can be from excellent to downright poor. This week we tried a new menu item, Naanwich. It was very poor. For $15, you get a dry Naan folded over a few roasted peppers, a micro portion of cheese, and a strip of Portobella mushroom. Very tasteless.
I like picking out my food in a market atmosphere! Lots of fun. Very casual and feels like I'm at home.

Interesting way to put together a restaurant! They give you a card which you then 'charge' your order onto. It's nice for groups because people can pay for their own 'charges' by taking their card to the cashier once the meal is done. You might be wondering why you need a 'card'. Here's the neat part, Cravings is 5 different restaurants in one! The building is set up so that there are 5 different stations. They're functionally and aesthetically different. There's a salad, soup & sandwich station, a pizza & pasta station, a burgers & steaks station, a coffee & dessert station and a bar. You're encouraged to wander around and watch the different chefs at work. Once you've decided on your meal, just approach the counter, hand over your card and order. Once you're done ordering, just head back to your table and wait, the wait staff will bring it all to you.
Speaking of the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and there really is a 'wander about' vibe in the building that feels fun and light. There are large windows that let in tons of light, even when it's cloudy. The stations all look very different and combined with the bright open atmosphere it does really feel outdoor market-y.
The food was absolutely delicious and had tons of flavor without being salty, so many restaurants rely heavily on salt, so having a meal that was flavorful without being salty was a nice change!
We will definitely be returning to Cravings!
Go!. Fantastic experience. Best steak sandwich I've ever had - beautiful veg to accompany. Too full but for dessert, but the selection was mouth watering.
I came here on a Friday night for a farewell dinner and was surprisingly satisfied with my meal. Something like this tends to be either hit or miss with the food and I was glad it was a hit. I ordered the pork tenderloin medallions with mushroom cream sauce and sweet potato fries. The food arrived very quickly and I was surprised at how large the portion was! For $16.95 there were 3 tenderloin medallions and quite a large portion of vegetables. I loved how the large the side of vegetables were! Usually you only get a few pieces. The pork was tender and not overcooked and the mushroom sauce was nice and buttery. The side of sweet potato fries were massive! I wished they were cut into thinner strips and were a bit crispier but they were still good. The entire meal was very filling! If I'm in the area I'd return again.
Interesting Place. Very different from anything I have experienced in Calgary and I liked it...

Whoever thought of this idea is brilliant! You have different types of foods to choose from i.e: pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, desserts. Cute little area to eat in (almost like a fancy food court) I am officially craving Cravings!
Great job on the meat. Found it expensive more $$$ than $$ -$80 for lunch for two with no booze.
Steaks were great got the sweet potato fries very nicely served and tasty staff was great love the idea of getting a card and talking directly to the chefs is great food arrived hot and quickly.
Deserts were another matter they looked messy sitting in the case and we were considering passing but did not and regretted it certainly not up to the high standard of the main
I had the Sunshine Panini ($8.25) which was fresh and well prepared. A simple eggs, bacon, spinach and cheddar on a lite rye was a bit bland and required ketchup. I would have liked to have a sharp cheddar and / or a double smoke bacon. The side fruit salad was fresh. I would go again.
Cravings Market is truly a unique experience. It’s almost like an upscale fast food cafeteria, or food court. I’ve been here a few times for lunch, and it is really packed all the time. It’s got a huge variety of food stations where you pick what you’d like to eat, and they’d charge you by swiping it onto a card that you’re holding. When you’re done with your meal, you pay the balance on your card either individually or by table – as the table you sit at, you would all get the same table card, and then they are numbered for an individual card basis. It is a great idea, and avoid problems when customers from local business would like to “split the bill”.
