Food was amazing! Full course meal and desserts for reasonable price! but the server had a bad odor everytime she came around! Its a nice, cozy little restaurant hidden in the corner! The chef was outstanding! I would highly recommend it... if b.o & the smell of feet doesn't phase you! She's drenched in perfume so it's a mixture! I'm a server myself & find hygiene & sanitizing hands very important!

Have been there twice. Most recent will be the last. Food is decent but server Natasha is most inept. She could not even bother to make sure we had cutlery after meal was served. The chef came out and visited every table but ours. No bargain for the price either. AVOID !!

My favourite place to eat a special meal. I have never had bad food and I love the variety of the specials. Small but wonderful. I had the best fish I can ever remember eating the last time we were there.

My husband and I went to Extreme Restaurant and LOVED it. I was a restaurant inspector for over 5 years and usually notice all of the things that are wrong within minutes..... I must say I was EXTREMELY impressed by the food, prices, cleanliness and service. The only issue I have is I live in the south so I will have to drive the 40 minutes because I am hooked.

This is a hidden gem in N.W. Calgary. The restaurant is clean, small and cosy. It's decorated nicely with the paintings of local artists. You can actually carry a conversation here without being drowned out by other people or loud music. The food is home-made, delicous and reasonably priced. The waitress was friendly, attentive and always happy. I've been here few times and I'm always happy to come back.

Walked in at 7:30pm well before 9:00 closing time. Right away felt uncomfortable as we were judged and scrutinized by all the other patrons because we we are younger or something. Not sure why. All we wanted was to celebrate our anniversary and felt so small. Once we sat down we were told the oven was turned off and they couldn't serve us even though they were open for another 1.5 hours. We left feeling like outcasts and hungry. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to feel like a low-life.

Exceeded Expectations. My granddaughter and I finally made it to Extreme catering for dinner tonight. It was quiet as January Tuesday's can be, which was a good thing since the last time we were in the neighborhood, the place was packed.<br/>She ordered pasta in a rose' sauce from the children's menu and I had the 3 courses for $25 dinner. It was very good, - beginning with the potato bacon leek soup which my co-taster also liked. I chose the pork Oscar for my main and it was delicious. So often pork is overcooked and dry, but this was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. I loved the root vegetables that accompanied it, and couldn't finish all the delicious mashed potatoes.<br/>My granddaughter really enjoyed her pasta, & the dessert was OK - apple crisp for me and ice cream and sauce for her. After having fresh fabulous gelato and Belgian chocolates at S.T. in Cochrane frequently, we're picky about desserts I think.<br/>We will definitely return to Extreme.

Valentines Day 2014. We had a delicious dinner last Fri. We love this little place, it's intimate, quiet, & where can you go & enjoy your dinner & not have to yell to be heard.?We usually end up visiting with the table next to us, which makes for a pleasant evening. The food was lovely & hot which is a must for me, & done to perfection.<br/>If you haven't tried this place I would highly recommend it. Our waitress was lots of fun very attentive. <br/>BJ

Amazing Food at Extreme Catering. My husband, grandson and myself dined at Extreme Catering last might, November 23/2012 and had a truly lovely experience. The food was extremely well executed and served, and the taste was sublime. Our waitress was attentive, efficient and pleasant. The restaurant is small and last night it was full but we did not overhear our neighbour's conversations, and the restaurant was very clean. We would highly recommend this restaurant especially for those who aren't members of the "dine & dash" club.

Good value, great taste. We are members of the Calgary Road Runners. They have used Extreme Catering for their AGMs for the past 3+ years. Tonight we went to try out the restaurant in Bowness. It was an enjoyable dining experience. The food was very nicely prepared and the portions were just right. We had the 3-course dinner menu for about $25, which proved to be good value for the dollar. The soup was home made and we were invited (even encouraged!) to dip the bread into the soup. The entree came with mashed potato and veg. We finished the meal with a divine creme brulee. <br/><br/>The service was delightful. We had a waitress who was pleasant, funny and prompt. Not only would we go back there again, we are considering using their catering services for a Christmas party.

Im so happy that i discovered this little restaurant using my smart phone app. Very nice mother/daughter team in the dining area. Loved my Cajun Catfish meal. Would be recommending friends to here :) Nice change from big chain restaurants you find here in Calgary.

Looks can be deceiving as this place appears like a deli from the outside... Inside however it's quaint and nicely decorated with purchasable paintings. The menu is simple but the options are unique with an excellent seafood menu and fresh escargot! I was definitely impressed. I would make a reservation as the location is quaint, not much room, book far ahead for a group!

Way over priced. Menu was predictable. Restaurant is tiny. Feel like you're listening in on everyone's conversations. Server seemed scattered and we felt rushed to get out. A glance at the kitchen was disturbing. Messy and dirty. I can hear Gordon Ramsey gasping.
