This restaurant absolutely deserves the fullest of 5 stars! Service from staff is exceptional and the food is fulfilling of my sixth love language, food. 😉 The incredibly rich flavors and display of dishes made for a high quality experience.
Our group booked a private room with champagne and it could not have gone more smoothly or fun. Even the washrooms are gorgeous, never mind the decor in the rest of the restaurant.
A complimentary coat service was greatly appreciated as we came on a cold day and were bundled up with at least 10 pounds of jackets and scarves. 😉 The entrance is also wheel chair friendly.
I would LOVE to come back again for another culinary experience!

the restaurant environment is very cozy. But this is not a steak house, the steak is not recommended, I wanted it medium rare but it's a bit over cooked, the shell is a bit burned. The other food we ordered are not bad, especially the pork belly starter is very interesting. We will definitely come back to try other stuff.

Service and staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food is well proportioned, hot & tasty. The pork belly although well plated and beautifully presented was skimpy. We would dine here again.

Nice neighborhood place but if your not in the area it is quite far. It is large open and spacious. Great for family gatherings and celebrations. The food was delicious and well portioned. The service was fantastic, they were prompt, courteous and efficient.

A big miss for me. Ambiance and staff are amazing, but the food was overpriced and disappointing. The pork belly dish was presented beautifully however it was overpowered with clove (or something similar to that) and that was all you could taste, it tasted like how your moms house smells on Christmas when she is making a ham. Now that sounds good in theory, but in this dish it just didn’t work for me as it was super over powering. I couldn’t even taste any of that salt or fat of the pork belly or the grits. And speaking of the pork belly, it was was pretty chewy and dry in the middle, so very sad! I can see what they were going for here and I think it’s great but it was a big miss in my opinion. Love the concept of the restaurant, and will have to try something else sometime but as for this round it was not the greatest. Yam fries were standard and the bacon wrapped date was very nice overall.

My daughter, K, and I have been to Starbelly several times now. We have always enjoyed it. The food has been amazing. We tend to share a hand held and get some truffle fries or other appy.
This last time we ordered a fried chicken sandwich, truffle fries and coconut prawns. The coconut prawns were very tasty! They came with a mango pineapple salsa. Tasty! The truffle fries were excellent right down to the crumblies at the bottom of the dish. And the fried chicken sandwich was really crunchy but juicy! I really enjoyed this sandwich and next time maybe we won't share. LOL.
The service is amazing here. While we had one main server, we were given water etc. by several of the servers. Seems like a real team effort here.
I gave four stars because it is quite pricey! And it is so far away! I would have given it 4.5 but you can't.
We will be back when we are in the area again.

Absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, every single person you speak to is friendly and helpful. The decor and ambiance are lovely.
Most recently, we sat at the bar, and received amazing drink recommendations based on my really vague requests.
The food and drinks are phenomenal, and worth the cost (which is reasonable.) Personal favourites are the Butternut Squash Ravioli, and the Lychee Martini.

Starbelly deserves five stars! We were in a bit of a rush to get to a movie, but we still had a delicious meal! The mushroom risotto was al dente, with a bold mushroom flavour. We actually came back after the movie, and I enjoyed an Old Fashioned while we shared the pork belly appetizer. In both cases, the service was great.
