Dropped into Without Papers today and was very Happy I did! Had a Pizza The Hut with fresh arugula sprinkled after cooked for freshness... Tasted devine! The staff was awesome... The atmosphere was welcoming and clean! I recommend you go... The pizzas ars thin crust and can be rolled like burritos... So good! Plus a great collection of wines. A great place.

The pizza and meatballs were absolutely delicious here! They were served by a knowledgeable, friendly server who was efficient with taking orders and getting the food out.
He knew how to advise and recommend good options from the menu that would match up with the tastes of people who had never been there before.
The prices were good.
When deciding to come here be sharp as the restaurant is located on the 2nd Floor and the entrance is a little non descript.
The atmosphere is excellent when you arrive and adds to the overall fun experience.
PRO TIP- If you have kids and want them to be entertained, just sit on the stools at the front bar where they make the pizza. Your kids will be mesmerized. The staff are so great with children. They will interact and even do a trick or two for then while throwing the pizzas!
Remember, it is ok to put the pizza into a pizza box to take it home so you can have enough room for dessert! The Tiramisu is incredible! Made fresh daily!

Came here on a weeknight and this place is bustling. We grabbed a seat by the kitchen bar, and it was super cool because you get to see the pizza making process up close. The pizza chef was also engaging which made our experience super fun! The service was also really good.
The pizzas tasted great although we all agreed that the shroom pizza was lacking a bit of flavour and was very plain. The cheese on the meat pizza was amazing! Our favourite was definitely the housemade arancini. One star off because the harsh music was just too loud to be enjoyable.

Ordered on skip the dishes. Had “the Pandemic”, Arancini & Cannoli.
Everything arrived warm, well prepared. I found the arancini a little flavourless, but great texture. The pizza was the Pandemic which has mortadella, jalapeño, honey, pistachio, garlic and cheese. That sounds super tasty and should have strong flavours - they were a bit weak but again well prepared. Perhaps being a bit hard, I found it tasty overall and would still go back - maybe it’s better to just have in store rather than delivery ?

The toppings are quite good and plentiful but the crust is bland. It's actually pretty disappointing. The pie is also pretty small for the price. The space is really cool and hip, the neighborhood is great but I would never seek this pizza out unless I was in Inglewood. Una is much better. The service was also pretty bad. Crazy slow for 3 tables in the whole place and our waitress forgot about us and even admitted it when she finally came to our table. Save the trouble and go to Una.

Awesome place they hand toss the dough and cook it in an actual pizza oven!! Really yummy flavours my favorite is the pandemic !! In addition to the service is amazing they check up on you just the right amount and are super quick when asked. Also the ambience and environment is super fun, they had mostly throwback music playing but they also had lyric videos so you could follow along to your favourite song !

We ordered Margherita and Tree Hugger. Liked the later one better. Open kitchen concept. Was super busy (and loud!!) on Friday night, got a take-out which did seem to be a mistake as both items got quite cold by the time we reached home. Prices are slightly on expensive side.

The pizza is great. Flavorful and well balanced, though today's crust was a bit soft. The heat/spice level was just right - the server said "if you like sriracha, you'll like this." She was right. She was friendly and took the time to answer our questions despite being busy.
The only drawback for me was the noise level. I had come with two girlfriends for dinner and a chat. The music was so loud we were literally yelling at each other. So we only ordered one pie and left. Personally, I hate loud music in a restaurant - it can be energetic without being deafening.

Last week I ordered off SkipTheDishes and they forgot my order and it took over 2 hours for it to arrive and I live about 10 min away. Since the food was good I decided to give it another try today...bad decision. My order was for 3 pizzas with extra tomato sauce, 2 orders of olives and 1 beet salad. It came a little faster today but my order was delivered missing 1 pizza and extra sauce and the beet salad! It was almost $40 worth. I called the restaurant directly to let them know to which they asked for my contact info and they never called back. I chatted with SkipTheDishes and they contacted them and was told the remainder of my order would be delivered. Over 30 min later another delivery driver arrived and they delivered 3 wilted brown Caesar salads instead!!! I would not recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have hours to waste or unlimited patience. My order was for $116 and I will no longer order from Without Papers again.

I enjoy the atmosphere here and this was my third visit. Our pizzas and arancini were delicious but our tiramisu was quite dry and I probably wouldn’t order it again. As others mentioned the service was not great; our server was inattentive and a few people around us sounded frustrated but it’s worth the visit ! I’m sure we’ll be going back

This is by far the best little hidden gem in Calgary. Amazing pizza and wonderful, friendly staff. We had the opportunity to sit up at the bar and watch them make everything. The staff were super awesome answering our millions of questions about the food. Make sure you make reservations especially on the weekends!! We will be back for sure.. need to try everything!!

Amazing place!! I never had pineapple pizza with jalepenos before!! Such great tasting pizza!! Also tried the hutch!! Don't really like peppers at all but these were perfect!! You have to come here!!

Cool place to have a pizza... sat at the kitchen counter as it was full.. the cook took our order and was very kind... it was an art to watch him make dessert and pizza in the kitchen... the chicken pollo pizza was our favourite on the evening...

The authentic forno pizzas are made to order with fresh ingredients locally grown! I'm never disappointed with which ever one I order, it's hot, fresh and damn delicious! The service is friendly and the atmosphere is so much fun. We started out watching a Prince concert, segued to The Who which brought us to some very entertaining live music! This warm, intimate environment is reminiscent of the bistros I went to in Italy. Without Papers is a delightful place to dine!

The worse service I've ever experience in Calgary :( We were waiting a 15 minutes to order,after we did that we were waiting another 15 minutes for a beer :( I asked lady she served me if that beer gonna be tomorrow and she just said ,,Oh beer?,, We left after that and thier Boss went out and just said Thank You to me haha.What an idiot!! I do not recommend this place!!!!

Would like to give 0 stars if I could. Awful service. Would never go back or recommend. Two plus hours is way too long for our order to be taken, food to be received, and bills to be brought. And our waitress was incredibly rude.

Over priced mediocre pizza. 'Blaze' makes a far better authentic Italian style pizza with fresh ingredients, and you won't feel like you've just been ripped off. Service was good, hence the two star rating.

Great Pizza, awesome ambience, exceptional service. If you want a unique Pizza, something a welcome eclectic cut above the usual boring chain pizza fare offered at so many franchises, come here located in historic Inglewood! How about a thin crust Sicilian style Pizza with Elk Pepporoni or even Wild Boar, washed down with a Grizzly Paw Brewing Company Rutting Elk Red Beer from Canmore! Enjoy your meal and go for a walk in Inglewood and check out one of many interesting shops!

ordered pizza over the weekend and it was late they fucked up the order and forgot one of our salads and the pizza was cold. one of the pizzas had old yellow baby spinach. and it's hella expensive for shit pizza.

On the movie wall was a Documentary on Arnold Schwarzenegger wasn’t a great movie to watch while having dinner !

Good pizza. A little expensive ($20-21 single pizza). More than similar pizza at other locations in Calgary! Nice restauant and if you get a table by the window, there is a nice view on the street from the second floor.
