The service was great. The Gouache's were very friendly and helpful with the meats they are serving. But I did find the meats to be dry and/or over cooked and not as flavourful as I hoped it would be. The pineapple was not ripe enough to be served. The Bacon Wrapped options a little too salty.

Tried the lunch service now that it’s restarted after COVID—what a treat! We had the salad bar, which had dozens of awesome selections, and of course, the most tender and delicious hot brisket! One trip through the choices was not enough. Great value in classy surroundings. We’ll be back!
