The dessert pastries were the best I’ve ate. Not too sweet, but filled with flavour. Service was amazing and great vibe all around. Definitely returning whenever I can, worth every penny.

Absolutely love this bakery, they’re super cute and there is such a nice variety of pastries here. It was so pretty and delicious, I haven’t found any other place that makes it so well in Calgary, would definitely be coming back again.

This was my first time visiting the bakery in person although I have been gifted many treats from here before by friends! Everytime I have something they have been very tasty. Their croissants are delicious and comparable to the ones I've had in Paris. The staff is very friendly and on my last visit I was gifted a apple macaron since it was broken ( this seriously made my day ) I must say my favourite of the day was the black forest macaron it's so small but there is so much flavor! I am disappointed it's seasonal, I'll be sad when it's gone. My other favourite was the almond and chocolate croissant. I've had it many times and never get tired of it.
Over all I love the store and 100% recommend. There is free parking in the back. Definitely go early because it gets busy and they run out fast! :)

My must go to patisserie every time I visit Calgary! A cute little store with non-alcoholic and gelatine free options. Their macaroons are the BEST I've had in Calgary! Unfortunately I eat them all too quickly to take pictures! Recommend coming in at least 2 to 3 hours prior to closing for a better selection.

We have had the very great pleasure of enjoying the delights from Yann Haute for many years, from macarons and croissants, to cakes and breads, to special seasonal creations, as well as the take-and-bake offerings.
If had to describe what draws us back time-and-time again, I would say both the creativity but also the ability to capture and highlight flavours. Strawberry desserts explode with fruit flavour, passionfruit ones feel like enjoying the actual fruit…
I remember specifically on a trip to Paris, worried that Yann’s dessert might not hold up to those of Ladurée or Paul, and I was so impressed that we thought Yann had a better grasp of making fruit flavours sing!
I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff. This is a family business. They treat their staff like family, and they always welcome us warmly like we are family as well. Their care and respect during the pandemic has been admirable.
5 stars from us. Without doubt.

One of the best patisserie in Calgary so far. They have a lot of options including gluten free. They also have a good variety of ice cream flavors. Since the location is in YYC downtown, expect difficulty on street parking. Or you can park by the side of the bakery for a fee.

Once you go Yann, you'll never go back!! Macaroons, croissants, carrot cake, tiramisu, AND their catering... just to name a few of my favourites! You cannot help but get excited walking into Yann Hate! Highly recommend!

Yann Haute creates absolutely delicious pastries and tarts. It's a bit of a walk from my apartment and there are closer bakeries/patisseries but nothing compares. Friendly staff in an adorable yellow house make it a necessary visit!

As a french guy who just moved here, it really was a relief to find very good pastries in Calgary !!! I was really impressed by the litchi millefeuille and the Paris Brest. The only reason I put 4 stars is because your" pate a choux "might be better. But this is not that important. The costumer service was great. Keep going !

When my cake person dropped the ball at the VERY last minute, I called you guys. You came to the rescue. The cake and petite fours were so beautiful and elegant in appearance. The flavors however......WOW!

I have been going to your shop for years, now I have to say I am not only disappointed but also angry with your customer service. The birthday cake I ordered looks cute but it tasted so awful that I feel so embarrassed in front of our friends and not only that, It was when I went pick up the cake, your staff told me a different price than what I was told (in email) I kindly asked why is it different, he said that doesn't include design and labour fee, well, you should tell that to your customer in the first place! After I paid I asked for a plastic bag because it is impossible for me to carry the cake plus other cakes I bought and then hold my child, all he said was your bag won't fit and it's too heavy I better just hold it.....be honest with you, Calgarians is way too nice and gentle, with this kind of customer service, customer will NEVER come back to you. I know your shop is getting famous and all, but do keep in mind who is your valuable assets, it's your customer!

Love your macarons! Ordered a few dozen for wedding awhile back, the service was excellent, and I was able to do it all over the phone. Been there since to purchase more for hostess gift and everyone loved them! Better then the ones I had recently in Quebec City at a well-known bakery/patisserie there. I'll have to be adventurous and try some of the other desserts next time I'm in.
