Review The Canadian Brewhouse (calgary Mahogany) - Calgary

Out for my birthday dinner with hubby and son. Husband had ribeye special with shrimp skewer he loved it for $19.99 he thought it was awesome. Son demolished the triple Natcho platter. I had the club house was great I enjoyed and took half home. Busy tonight as Calgary Flames were home game hosts to Edmonton Oilers. Also UFC was on TV. Our server was outstanding. We really enjoyed our evening out. 😊

Amazing service! Alisa was our server for our date night and she was amazing! Very polite and a fantastic server. The drinks and food were delicious and everything came out in good time. Great spot! 10/10 recommend

Roof top patio with a misting set up was sunny, fun and not boiling hot, an awesome patio set up. Food was good, not amazing but good. Drinks were great and service was quick and attentive. Best food in town? No. Good eats on an amazing patio set up? You bet. Would recommend for sure.

On Saturday night we went to Canadian brew house with my family to watch the hockey game and the UFC fight. The place was very busy! Our server Taylor was absolutely amazing. Her level of service was something our family has not experienced before at brew house. Anytime our drink was getting low she would bring another one without us asking and was extremely knowledge. She was able to answer all our questions. We have the dinner feature and our steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Taylor was very busy along with all the other servers but she didn’t miss any details and was on top of her game! Keep Taylor around she’s an outstanding brew house employee!

I have been to their Mahogany location several times and it’s always a great dining experience. Customers service is excellent and food is great! Highly recommended!

Seriously guys? $7.39 for three spoons of soup... What a disappointment :( Update: GM reached out and apologized. New staff is always tricky....aprexoate the thought and I'm definitely back into the positive again. Thanks Mahogany Canadian Brewhouse for continuing on delivering to the good name of Mahogany. 5 star!

Service was fairly prompt when it needed to be. Waitress was friendly and patient with our table. Food was excellent; chicken fingers, Buffalo chicken wrap, onion rings, cauliflower bites, Yan fries and Hawaiian pizza. The dips were all excellent. Drinks and food were both decently priced, and food portions were very generous. I will definitely be a returning customer. Maybe next time I will try the burger Challenger!

What an excellent place! From the General Manager, Jay Baker to the servers to the customers....a great place to eat, enjoy and have fun! Had a birthday there last night and the Manager Jay, got right in there with his microphone and got the whole place (which was packed for the Oilers game) to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY...and I mean everyone was singing! Great food, Great service, Great time!!

It was a very disappointing first visit. My hoser club was good but I asked for extra ketchup twice and never got it. The server didn't apologize when we mentioned that I never got it. When we asked the second time she proceeded to clean empty tables when there were few new people coming in. My mother order the quesadilla but it was served without the sour cream and salsa. We waited roughly 10 minutes before my mother went and found the server, again no apology. Our server did not come back to check on us until I was finished eating, I could have used a new drink much earlier than that but I was not going to give them more money for that service. Needless to say we may not come back, we might give it a second chance because at least the food was good even if it was a bit cool, hence the 3 stars. If the waitress had at least acknowledged the errors that would have saved face more but wow that was some terrible service.

Our first visit to this location, was packed for UFC pay per view on Saturday night, food was good, arrived warm snd as ordered. Our waitress was a rockstar. Did separate bills per couple, always had our drinks refilled. No complaints other than the tables we were seated at did not have enough room for our group, made it hard to eat. (Group of 9). Would totally recommend for sports pub food and atmosphere. Expect noise not light conversation.

Fricken amazing. My 1st time there and I can say whole heartedly my experience in customer service was the best I've had. Bar or not.. excellent staff. Your staff is flawless amazing. All of them. I can not say enough good about them and how well catered my friends and I were. I arrived after 9pm last night..so hats off to all the staff there. Thank you for making my new go-to spot Brewhouse Mahogany. Seriously...it was amazing Brewhouse has no competition to other local bars. None. Its a different experience. Im so happy I finally tried you guys. Im even more happy I no longer have to go to my old dancing spot, cuz I have a new one hahha

So to keep this short all I can say is THE WORST MARGARITA'S that I have ever had the displeasure to taste. Their recipe.... essentially is the worst margarita mix our of all margarita mixes with low grade tequila(which i expected). They then have made the executive decision to make it more sugary by adding agave syrup to make the drink unbearably sweet. However to balance the drink they add more salt to it then actual salt lick that they give to horses. If this wasn't bad enough our bartender (person who butchered our drinks) decided there was not enough salt in the drink and rims about a half inch of the rim in course salt. In hindsight now i can see why he thought he needed so much salt was to balance out the one small lime slice they had in the drink which ended up being the only indication that it was a lime flavoured drink. The story gets better though because I made it known to the server multiple times how terrible the drink was and went as far as to be extremely blunt and told her it was the worst margarita I have ever had (you get a better margarita in a can). The server seems surprised and said that she has never had one.... and that was all. She walked away. Did not offer to take the drinks away and make something else but seemed too disinterested to do her job (which is to do her best to make sure the customer was enjoying their service). It was at this point that we paid our bill which she did not comp the margaritas which two other members in the group did not even finish half of and got the heck out of dodge. So to sum up again.....NEVER ORDER MIXED DRINKS AT THE BREWHOUSE. Stick to draft beer. It is considerably more difficult to screw up draft or a bottle of beer.

This was our first visit - the food was pretty good. Especially the garlic fingers, they were delicious! However, about 15 minutes after sitting down I noticed my baby’s back was all wet because the roof had been dripping on him. I moved his high chair out of the splash zone and told two different staff members that the roof was dripping. I don’t know what one did, we never saw him again. The other acknowledged it and went and got napkins from the bar and wiped up the floor and left. Maybe it’s just me but this is probably when they should have found us a new, dry table?!?

I’ll never go back. The server we had was terrible and had a tantrum in the restaurant.. which we were all shocked and tables around us.. so then we requested a new server.. the manager said he could see what he could do but they were busy... It was so uncomfortable until we got our new server finally.. I personally think as mad as customers make you you should never yell or slam things and stomp away! Such poor customer service.. it took 20 minutes to just get drinks.. not to mention ballots for the game.I got food posioning from my food and was so sick the whole weekend. and I’m just so shocked in the service we received the night we went. Not impressed! This was my first visit and for sure my last one too!

The staff here are always so accommodating of my food requests and they go above and beyond, from servers to managers to kitchen staff!! We regularly enjoy lunch here and we are never disappointed!

Took over an hour and a half to get our food that we ordered right away. And it was cold And over cooked. The pop was flat and everytime we wanted service the waitress would ignore us no matter how much we hit the button. Everyone got there after us and they got there food and was left before we got ours. I think they favour the alcoholic drinkers because they always checked there tables. Its not fair to us none drinkers. Deffiantly won't be returning to this place ever again. I would rather drive across the city to go to a different brewhouse then come here.

This pub is awful, too loud music, shorted on the already small beers, grumpy server and wrong order on just one visit. Never again.

My company Jujube Business Builders went here for Taco Tuesday and it was spectacular. Our server was so great that we went and bought her a Blizzard from Dairy Queen. Needless to say, we will be back and back again!! �����

Went this morning for Mother’s Day brunch it was sooo good the food was good and Kaitlin our server was so attentive and professional! Love it !

First time at The Canadian Brewhouse in Mahogany since it opened. Have been at the Canadian Brewery in Okotoks but I must say I loved this Canadian Brewery way better as theirs more room to accommodate everyone. Drinks and food are Fantastic �� Staff very Friendly and good service. Lots of TV's to watch our Stampeders and Flames games. Will definitely be going back!!

Service was mediocre at best. My prime rib was pretty chewy. I love the Caesars. I asked for a coke and a water about halfway through my meal and it never came , she went MIA and came back at end but we instantly asked for bill and no longer wanted nor needed the next drinks. My girlfriend said the calamari wasn't great. But I'll probably still give it another shot.

Amazing rooftop patio. Bonus, kids are allowed until 8. As a parent it's great to have another eating option other than Boston Pizza. Food was great and good prices too

Got here at 5:10 at 6:15. After complaining finally got to put a food order in and replenish our drinks that had been empty for 45minutes. It’s been an hour and 40minutes and the food just arrived. Kids cranky, never again...

After our food arrived, we started eating. While i havent touched my food cause i was busy feeding my daughter and food was too hot, waitress comes and asks “want a box for that?” Wth!? Let me take my time. You in a rush to kick me out? First and last time.
