Review Caledon Hills - Caledon

Great park for hikes! The path leading to the falls was closed but you can still get a great view from one of the side paths. The meadow path gets hot on sunny days so bring sunscreen. Paths were well marked and maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this provincial park, and it was truly an incredible experience! This park met all of my expectations and left me with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us. First and foremost, the scenery was breathtaking. The park was nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush forests, majestic mountains, and pristine lakes. Every step I took felt like a journey into a postcard-worthy landscape. The abundance of hiking trails allowed me to explore the park's hidden gems and discover awe-inspiring viewpoints that provided panoramic vistas of the surrounding wilderness. The park was well-maintained, with clean and well-marked trails that were accessible to visitors of all fitness levels. I appreciated the efforts made by the park staff to preserve the natural environment while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. Their dedication to conservation was evident in the well-preserved habitats and the educational signage along the trails, which provided valuable insights into the local flora and fauna. I highly recommend visiting this provincial park to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature. Whether you're an avid hiker, a wildlife enthusiast, or simply looking to unwind in a serene setting, this park offers something truly special. Prepare to be amazed by its beauty, inspired by its tranquility, and grateful for the opportunity to connect with the great outdoors.

Beautiful area to visit, doesn't matter of the season. We came here hiking the Bruce Trail and the Bruce Side Trails. They are very well maintained. The ring kiln was especially impressive. Also, the descend into the valley, from Devil's Pulpit gave us a cardio, literally and figuratively. It is a pleasure to sit by the Credit River and just listen to the soothing water sound. I hope to be able to visit in summer, to have a better view of the Cataract Falls.

We started from Meadow trail and changed to Dominion trail nearby the bridge. At the end of Dominion trail, we climbed up the mountain from the dedicated wood stairs through Bruce Trail . We finally crossed the mountain and went on Trans Canada trail. All these trails are connected as a triangle shape loop. The total distance is 8km to 9km. We were almost exhausted but had a lot of fun.

Great place to hike with friends. I would rate this hike as moderate one. We hiked for 9 kms and it was first hike for 2023. Easy to get DVP and charges are around $8.50. Don’t miss the waterfall. Really enjoyed stillness, waterfall, bird chirping. Good elevation changes, nice credit river. Temperature was around 28 Degree Celsius. Route can be confusing so plan out your route before you head out.

Very beautiful park and it’s amazing for hiking. I was able to catch the sunset here and it was really beautiful. A little hard for seniors or disabled people, as the hike is little hard.

I wouldn't call it a park. These are just trodden dirt paths. Apart from parking and toilets, there is no infrastructure. Definitely not suitable for strollers. Beautiful butterflies and dragonflies adorned our path.

Great hike. Tons of elevation and steep steps (especially the one that goes straight from the parking lot to the washroom by dominion trail). Alot of great views! Trail going to the falls is closed though but there's a viewing point near it.

Beautiful countryside for nature admirers Treking with beautiful views. Generally have to reserve for parking in advance but if you are going randomly they can fit you in parking of there are some vacant spots. Very humble staff. All in all good and refreshing experience

Amazing places with amazing views. I went to the bruce trail, the trails is approx 5 kms long and takes you to the waterfall. This place is best to go in falls and to enjoy the colours of the fall. There’s enough parking and it also has two parking lots. One of them is close to the highway.
