I've loved Oyama for a long time, but tonight I was utterly disappointed. Their standard of food quality has gone down hill over the past couple years. Sadly, after ordering take out, I had to throw most of it out. That was a waste of over priced sushi. The tempura prawns did not taste right, mealy,
I was not impressed by the food. The Japanese chicken karaage was actually just fast food bar fried chicken wings that was very dry with no substance. Highly recommend that you go to an actual Japanese restaurant. Looks can be deceiving.
Tried alot of their rolls tonight. Lots of variety to choose from. Overall good.
I don’t like wasting my time for posting bad reviews but this time is not the case. Food was not that bad. But customer service was terrible. Be aware that this restaurant serves chicken karaage with bone which is still fine even though I haven’t seen boned karaage from other japanese restaurant. (
