This Tim Hortons is a drive-through, but also has patio seating which we sat on. Unfortunately, their washrooms were closed because the door was broken. That’s kind of unfortunate when you’re drinking coffee.
Wanted to buy icecream in a cup, but they did not have. Had to settle with ice coffee.
Otherwise everything is good.
Sherry the manager there was very friendly and you can tell she's good with the staff. Fast service too.
The boy who works in morning at this location is the nicest, most pleasant Tim Hortons employee ever. He pretty much by him self in morning and try to finish everyone order with as fast as he can. Food and coffee quality is pretty much standard. the employee make for a nice morning.
Normally this timmies is unimpressive but this morning a gentleman paid for my coffee when my cards were acting up - made my morning
Tim's has gone downhill from the early days when things were fresh baked. But I'm diabetic with a frequent need for espresso. The early version stunk but lately it's getting better. I see the day when it will be a perfect espresso at a more reasonable price. Just because it has a unique name doesn't give the industry the right to gouge their customer. Tim's getting better on that espresso!
Drive-thru and walk-ins are fine, service was fast. Very close to RBG, Burlington, we in fact came out of Botanical Gardens and went in for coffee. Friendly staff and good service.
When l was there it was nice of one the staff got coffee and bagel l'm guess not remember but good paid and left the store etc.

Busy location, but staff members never forget to smile. Great way to start your day here.
Staff were helpful, not busy, hot chocolate special was great!
