Our server Ruby was wonderful! She was fast, knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed the shaded patio which was not too busy. There was no wait for a table and our food was hot quick amd tasty.
A PHENOMENAL dinning experience. First time at the Guelph line Burlington location. Our server Hayley was exceptional. The kitchen staff Dusty and Tyson were able to meet our special requests food was fantastic. Finally the manager Corrine was so kind and ensured our meal met our expectations. 5 star experience will definitely be back!!!
This was our first time at this location of East Side Mario's, and we loved it! The atmosphere is bright and fun, the food was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. Our server, Kim, was particularly great! She was very attentive and quick to get us whatever we needed. We'll definitely return!
Eastside is always a great place to enjoy Italian pasta, pizza, soup, salad and sandwiches. We went for lunch and had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks for $13.99. Soup was great, nice and hot. Salad was made fresh , we had both Caesar and Garden salad. We also tried the calamari however it was stuck to the pan burnt on the bottom and very rubbery. Manager was great, she addressed it quickly with an apology and removed it from our bill. We also tried the spinach dip, it was hot and creamy very good. The server was very attentive and made sure we had lots of bread. We go to Eastside often and this location was great!! Very clean and organized. I DO recommend this Eastside Mario’s!
Great East Side Mario’s location in the Burlington Centre Mall (entrance is on the outside of the mall) The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the service was great and the food looked, smelled and tasted delicious. The price was decent for a lunch menu, the lunch portions are the perfect size. Restrooms were clean and tidy. East side Mario’s participates in the Scene points program also which is a great bonus!
I rarely ever go to this location but had a great experience! My waitress Meagan did a phenomenal job serving us, she was very efficient and never left us waiting, always checked in to make sure we had everything. The food was wonderful and so were the drinks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Great food and service. Megan was prompt, efficient, and was attentive. As for the manager, she's awesome, took care of her customers, and her staff to ensure they got the proper breaks plus she assisted tables too while they go on break to ensure they are well taken care of.
This is the best location and I will definitely be back!
went for dinner and had a great time. The food was good the prices decent and the service was excellent. Our waitperson for the evening was Sophie and we could not have asked for better. We did not feel rushed, she was very attentive and her infectious personality made the evening that much more enjoyable.
This is the second time we came from Toronto to dine here as the last time our waiter Jeff went above and beyond as well and lets face it it is all about the service. Congrats to a great restaurant with awesome staff.

Came by earlier in the week and i had a wonderful experience. Great atmosphere, Really nice staff & the food was awesome. Just wanted to take a moment to compliment my server Meagan, she was fantastic! she was very sweet & provided excellent service. i will definitely be back.
FLAVOUR!!
I honestly don't know why this place isn't more busy on a Saturday night, it needs to be because East Side Mario's has REALLY stepped up their flavour game!! I will admit, in the past East Side Mario's food tasted like flavourless wet noodles, but my my have they changed! I had the Chicken Tetrazzini and the garlic flavour was superb! Perfect amount of sauce, and generous portion. The cesar salad was delicious as well, along with the garlic bread provided. My son's pizza was loaded with toppings and the crust was not too crispy and not too soft; he loved it. Photos added. Excuse that portions have been eaten... we couldn't wait! Ha!
PERFECT family restaurant, with clean hip music, modern decor, good service, and good prices. Check it outttttt!!
Cresta is a shining star at this restaurant! She always makes sure we leave with smiles on our faces. She is welcoming, sweet and so unbelievably friendly. She has a heart of gold. She is 100% the reason we keep coming back to this specific location. Also the food is always perfect as well.
