The best brunch place in Burlington!!
Was not sure about what I want so I ended up having a little bit of everything and customized my breakfast by adding French toast, pancakes (again) Omelette and bagel in my breakfast. A nice environment on a Sunday afternoon.
Took relatives from way out of town (Texas) for a local all-day breakfast during the holidays. In spite of being short-staffed, our server was courteous, friendly and attentive. The food was excellent; peameal was part of the meal and it was done perfectly, everything else was also as ordered and tasty (eggs, pancakes, french toast, etc.).
Typically my husband and I attend the same morning restaurant however they were closed so we decided to go to Sunnyside Grill. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly server and seated accordingly. They probably took her order and the food came very quick when the food arrived we were amazed at the portion size very large. I would give this restaurant of four out of five I really enjoyed the food and ending up taking my breakfast home with me because I couldn't finish it and PS and pancakes are amazing
Don't know why people are writing poor reviews, unless they are mistaking it for another restaurant. I love this place. Good food, large portions, friendly staff, bright interior. No complaints whatsoever from me.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Our server was EXCELLENT and very friendly. The food was amazing and this place is now my favourite breakfast spot. On top of all that, it's cheap too! Highly recommend this place!
Loved it!. My wife and I were at Sunnyside a few weeks ago and were very impressed with the attentiveness of the waitress and the owner. We found our breakfast delightful as well which by surprise came very quickly. By the look of all the reviews of different restaurants from the 2 previous people, it sounds like you are both cry babies and perhaps should stay at home and cook your own food since there doesn't seem to be much out there that is at your "standard" or, perhaps your cooking is so bad that it's necessary for you to eat out. I'd hate to be at the next table listening your nit-picking.
Trying both omelettes, I was very much impressed by how fresh the ingredients tasted, as if freshly chopped and mixed into the egg. While some who love their food highly seasoned and salty will find the omelettes at The Original Sunnyside Grill a bit bland, those like myself who like to taste the ingredients than salt, will love them. There's not all that much grease either.
