Of the interesting dishes to try, I would recommend the Hunters chicken. As I have never tried this dish before, the sauce was the unexpected star. The service was accommodating allowed us to feel safe during COVID by using their space wisely.

Had lunch with clients I brought here today. I must say the service was fantastic! As someone who eats out a lot at restaurants for work I was pleasantly surprised how organized the staff was. We had a very nice guy as our waiter but had multiple people helping out bringing food and cleaning plates off the table. Everything was very quick and efficient! The manager even popped in and asked if everything was going ok. She was on the ball!👌🏻 The food was awesome! We had chicken nachos and calamari to start, both were fantastic and I had the blackened chicken which is my go to at turtle jacks. It was very satisfying!! All of my customers were very happy with their meals and service as well. This goes far when taking customer to lunch as a happy customer is a good customer! I have been to many Turtle Jacks restaurants and I have to say that this by far was my best experience. Keep it up TJ’s, very well done today. Salute! 🏆

Staff was attentive, varied menu BUT my guest ordered Lobster Ravioli at a cost of over $30. Six little ravioli's were delivered that barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Basically $6 per ravioli. Even recognizing the cost of lobster is high, there was no way this dish was worth the price. Ended up they offered a side salad for free to make up for the price. Was disappointing as usually love Turtle Jacks.

After my last hiccup at the Niagara Falls Turtle Jacks. This location has brought me back with unhealthy amounts of joy! Great staff, smooth service and quick delivery of food. If you want a great meal as restrictions ease up. Here is the restaurant you want to be at for a good pleasant experience. 1. Service - Good service that's friendly and quick so you don't have to wait 30+ minutes just to get the bill. 2. Interior Looks - Beautiful style of the restaurant. It has a welcoming atmosphere that encourages you to take a seat and enjoy! 3. Food - Remember this when I say it, Delicious, fantastic, satisfying great food. I had the 10 oz California Cut StripLoin and it was phenomenal. I recommend this meal if you love steak, YUM!!! Conclusion: I highly enjoyed my time and meal. Great restaurant for family dinners and never lazy in all required standards. It pleased my expectations and now it's your turn.

Review in one word: Underwhelming Just tried this "new" Turtle Jacks. Honestly the experience from start to finish was underwhelming. My partner and I chose to dine in and asked for a booth. The person seating people had to look around the restaurant to see if any were available. We were seated and given a menu quickly. There was typical entrees and mains including steak and many chicken based dishes. They even had a few "bowls" which seemed to cater to the ever-evolving healthy oriented staff. Overall it felt like the restaurant didn't really have an identity; they didn't know what their goal was. A steakhouse? A chic cocktail bar? Regular old and boring franchise restaurant? Who knows? We waited 30 minutes after ordering to receive our food which was lukewarm at best. Not a great start. Credit where it's due, it tasted good. Not amazing, but good enough. The waitress was lovely. We had a waitress from a different table nearly give us an appetizer ordered by a different table. Overall feeling when leaving was "meh". The slow service is highlighted by the exceedingly average food and makes a return visit unlikely. Add more unique menu options. Organize better so staff doesnt have to look around to see what's available and dont bring dishes to the wront table and get dishes out faster! 6/10

It was our first time going to this restaurant, thinking it had a nice high end-ish look and feel. The specialty burger I ordered was fine but the steak my husband ordered was a disaster, he received it after we had all received our plates and it although he asked for a medium steak, he got an almost rare steak, that was also cold. We returned it back asking for the same piece to be cooked properly, and after waiting some time it comes back almost exactly the same just warmer. Although the manager did give us a complimentary dessert on the house and didnt charge us for the steak at all, which is great but isnt the point of going out to enjoy a meal, we would have thought their steaks would actually be phenominal. I would suggest that they work on their steaks for the future.

This place promises to serve some fantastic tex-mex stuff like burgers, tacos, ribs, sandwiches and so many other delicacies that will make you crave for more. So did the food tickle my taste buds? 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐬: Tossed it up with 2 flour tortillas stuffed w/ soft blackened pan- seared basa fillets, pineapple mango salsa, guacamole, sweet & spicy aioli. Well, do you need anything else? 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬: These chicken rolls were an absolute treat as starters. They were so crispy that they actually flake apart when you bite into them. The dough on the outside bakes to a nice golden brown and was delicious with a well-seasoned filling of delicious tender chicken. 𝑩𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒍𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑾𝒓𝒂𝒑: This Buffalo Chicken Wrap combines all of the delicious flavours of chicken in a whole wheat tortilla wrap. It combines the goodness of marinated chicken breast with tossed peppers and cheddar cheese accompanied with seasoned fries. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗶𝗲: Brace yourselves for the ultimate sweet bomb flavour. Food was great! I only took pics of my order because I was too eager to eat! Ha! Fish tacos was so delish and portions are quite generous in this branch! Sticky toffee pudding was shared by my fam and devoured in what seemed like 5 seconds! They run out of vanilla ice cream but made it up by giving a generous portion of chocolate ice cream and whipped cream in the side. The service seems slow, but the servers are really nice, so that made up for the wait. Not to mention the food was great too!! Kids get a great colouring/activity book while the kids wait! Kids also get a choice of packaged dessert and toy. So everybody is happy!
