Fantastic local cooking especially the fish cakes, what a treat. Definitely worth making a trip to Burin. The food is fabulous and plentiful, only surpassed by the super friendly staff and efficient service. A step onto the deck to see an ocean view that is superb. Highly recommended.

Great seaside cafe with cosy interior and bright deck overlooking the water for sunny days. We’ll-priced menu with sandwiches, soups, daily specials like hot turkey dinner, vegetarian and gluten free options, and a variety of deserts. Service was very friendly. Free wifi. Looking forward to coming back!

Great service! The menu is small but has something for everyone and you get great value for the price. We joked that the turkey sandwich had a full turkey on it, very filling. Excellent homemade, NL food. A delicious assortment of desserts too.

Our second time here and what a treat. Definitely worth making it part of an excursions to Burin, or even a destination. The food is fabulous and plentiful, only surpassed by the super friendly staff. All this in a funky, fun and cozy setting with awesome views. Highly recommended.

By far the best home cooked traditional Newfoundland food and the best service! The atmosphere is cozy inside with rustic charm and there's room out on the deck to enjoy the outdoor panaramic view of the harbour and boats while you eat or sip coffee as well! A definate "worth the visit" for anyone of any age!

Perfect place to grab some traditional Newfoundland food. Make sure that you check out the beans, bologna, toutons and fish cakes. Leave a bit of time to walk around the area. Lots of beautiful scenery and photo ops. Parking is free.
