I visited your Brossard location, and I have to say: Excellent food, ambiance and service. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited a place where everything was sooooi perfect.
One the worst experience I've ever had! We were a group of ten and the restaurant was at the third of its capacity. We had to wait 1h45 between ordering and getting our plates, which were insanely disappointing. Half of them were cold. Alot of the mussels were smelling like rot. The pastas were like
It took 30 minutes without exaggerating for the waitress to come see us and that's after us calling them 3 times. They took almost an hour to bring the food and it was tasteless. I had to add so much salt just to feel the taste of something.

The food was great, especially their bolognese sauce- which is why i came to eat here. We were seated upstairs (lots and lots of steps to the 2nd floor). After asking about an elevator as i was carrying baby in a car seat, they guided us to use their service elevators. Super nice staff.
