Horrible customer service. Owner refused to acknowledge his employee made a mistake when taking our order and tried charging us double the amount we were supposed to pay even though there was way too much leftovers. The employee acknowledged the mistake but the stubborn owner refused to budge. Ended

From the first view the restaurant doesn't look all that great but like they say, don't judge a book by it covers. My experience at Shogun was amazing. The food is great quality and the chef we had gave a great ambiance. I definitely recommend this place.
