Review Copper Branch - Brossard

Poor food quality. They gave stale and burnt frites. When complained, they pretended to make again but served the same ones and reduced the quantity. The ambiance was also not upto the mark. Their branch in downtown Montreal is much better than this and I have never had such issue with them.

Went there to get a gift card. Asked the person at the cash she did not seem to know how to proceed therefore she asked another employee which told me she have to ask her supervisor. No exaggeration I had to ask twice if I was going to get the gift card and all that in a span of 20 minutes where in reality this is an easy 5 minutes transaction. Never did she kept me in the loop I had to keep on asking. In the end I left as she told me her supervisor is in the bathroom she was waiting for him to come out when the whole time of the discussion he was in the kitchen and only went to the bathroom the last 5 minutes of my wait. Not setting foot there again.

Good luck! Ever getting a hold of them via phone or on skip. Hit or miss, mainly miss with this store. All other copper branches i order from answer or confirm a skip order. I've racked up a lot of skip credits from cancellations because of non confirmed orders within their opnening hours of this particular store. I called to inquire, no answer the many times i've attempted. I've given up and decided to write a review.

Kicked out my family because my CHILDREN had a happy meal with them. Sorry I don’t impose vegan food to my 3 and 7 year old. When I confronted the manager, he was rude and asked me to leave

EDIT - They finally replied to my concerns, 2 months later, after 4 communication attempts, with a generic "we'll look into it". I don't know what is going on with this company, but it's clearly not working. Very disappointing as I used to love Copper Branch. I stood there waiting 20 minutes after making the order, little explanation for the delay, basically being ignored, people after me getting their food first, no attempt by the workers to try and do something about it. Also, very unsanitary practices. A worker was handling ingredients and cookies with his bare hands, and no gloves.

Poor quality food and bad customer service Bought a Keto Bol on the 1st May waste of my money. Served by Kyara she has zero customer services skills. Keto Bol is supposed to come with Avacado she did not include it?? When I inquired she told me Avacados are not ripe with a dry face oops you have lost a customer.

Supper nice staff. Very clean. Wonderfull food for any healthy taste. And the atmosphere.... The owner wasn't greedy when was building it. Probably the cleanest and nicest toilet room out of all fast foods.

Went inside for a quick lunch, staff checked my Covid vaccination proof from Ontario. It’s good that they do ask questions if that document is from outside of the province, but one of the staff’s comment was not that friendly and necessary. However, the other staff apologized to me after that happened. So the review went from a 1 star to a 5 star review.
