Poor food quality. They gave stale and burnt frites. When complained, they pretended to make again but served the same ones and reduced the quantity. The ambiance was also not upto the mark. Their branch in downtown Montreal is much better than this and I have never had such issue with them.
Went there to get a gift card. Asked the person at the cash she did not seem to know how to proceed therefore she asked another employee which told me she have to ask her supervisor. No exaggeration I had to ask twice if I was going to get the gift card and all that in a span of 20 minutes where in

EDIT - They finally replied to my concerns, 2 months later, after 4 communication attempts, with a generic "we'll look into it". I don't know what is going on with this company, but it's clearly not working. Very disappointing as I used to love Copper Branch.
