Poor food quality. They gave stale and burnt frites. When complained, they pretended to make again but served the same ones and reduced the quantity. The ambiance was also not upto the mark. Their branch in downtown Montreal is much better than this and I have never had such issue with them.
Went there to get a gift card. Asked the person at the cash she did not seem to know how to proceed therefore she asked another employee which told me she have to ask her supervisor. No exaggeration I had to ask twice if I was going to get the gift card and all that in a span of 20 minutes where in

Supper nice staff. Very clean. Wonderfull food for any healthy taste. And the atmosphere.... The owner wasn't greedy when was building it. Probably the cleanest and nicest toilet room out of all fast foods.
Went inside for a quick lunch, staff checked my Covid vaccination proof from Ontario. It’s good that they do ask questions if that document is from outside of the province, but one of the staff’s comment was not that friendly and necessary.
